I cant go back to the regular king size bed room now.Nearby activities: Regular events like singers, professional fights, and sports events.Walkability: So many stores, restaurants and events to walk to during your stay.Food & drinks: Comix roadhouse is always fun to ride the mechanical bull or watch others. Karaoke as well. Tuscany restaurant is amazing for food and drinks.”

“My husband, our fur daughter Chewie, and I stayed at Hyatt Place Uncasville/Casino Area for 4 days and 3 nights, and we had a great experience! We had a clean and spacious king room, and we were happy that the hotel is non-smoking, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor, so we didn’t have much of a view because the hotel’s signage blocked it, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. We mostly used the hotel to rest and sleep because we spent most of our time out exploring Connecticut. One of the things we really enjoyed was the free breakfast! We usually had scrambled eggs, ham or sausage, fried potatoes, French toast, and tea or orange juice. 😋 We would usually sit near the entrance so no one would have to sit right beside us since we had Chewie with us. We also had friends staying at the same hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and they were staying on a higher floor, so they had a much better view. It was nice that we could all stay at the same hotel while exploring CT together. What really stood out to us was how welcoming and friendly everyone was toward Chewie. 🐶❤ Whether it was the hotel staff or other guests, everyone was so nice and happy to see her. It made us feel very comfortable traveling with our fur daughter.
Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Clean rooms, free breakfast, a non-smoking environment, and a very welcoming atmosphere for our pup made this a great place for our Connecticut trip. We’d definitely consider staying here again! 🥰”

“Beautiful Bed and Breakfast with THE best hotel breakfast I've had. Great location right on the water, super kind staff, and an adorable bunny right outside our breakfast nook window. Room and bathroom were clean and newly renovated, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be returning.”

“The hotel looks like its been remodeled, everything was new and clean looking. Our room had brand new bathrooms and furniture. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was also very decent not just a box of cereal and coffee they actually put out a spread. We were 5 min from mohegan casino. Service was impeccable . We will definitely be coming back .”

“My husband and I stayed here in August for a few days so we could explore the area and spend time with my brother and his family, who were renting a cottage nearby. My mother came with us and rented her own room. It was the perfect home base to return to at night after spending an afternoon on a Lights and Sights cruise in New London and a day at the beach with my brother. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and affordable. We liked that it had well-stocked kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The owner was friendly and accommodating when we made our reservation, and again when I had to change it to a different date. We were easily able to get into our room using a code. It's a super short drive to Niantic, so we could easily drive to the bakery in the morning to pick up breakfast sandwiches and grinders for the beach and had plenty of restaurants to choose from, including in nearby Westbrook. My only suggestion is for the room to have at least one comfy chair, as it is plenty spacious to fit one and I would have preferred to not sit on the bed at night to watch TV or on the breakfast bar stool to drink my coffee, though I understand this is a personal preference. I ended up bringing in a beach chair for these purposes.”

“If you’re expecting luxury, this isn’t your destination. But if what you need is a straightforward, no‑nonsense place to rest your head for the night, this spot is a genuine bargain. The room was impressively clean, free of that telltale “cheap motel” smell, and—mercifully—free of the usual stained carpet. Instead, the shiny wood floors gave the space a fresher, more modern feel.

The bathroom was equally clean and fully functional, nothing fancy but nothing to complain about either. What really stood out was the management’s courtesy: they graciously extended my checkout time by a full hour without hesitation, a small gesture that made a big difference.

Overall, it’s a utilitarian stay done right—simple, clean, and considerate. If that’s what you’re after, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.”

“We stayed on 7/11/26 with a baseball team full of wild and loud 11yr olds. The staff was extremely understanding, accomodating and all around friendly... especially when a dozen families show up at the same time to check in early!

I'd like to specifically hightlight the manager and front desk ladies working the day/night of our stay. I don't have names but they took great care of all guests and we appreciate it.”

“I had a terrific experience with Alex on the phone and later in person getting me set up with a room. I thought the bed, room and bath were just fine for the price. If you want the Hilton experience, you should stay at the Hilton. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very satisfied and went back for a second night after a day at Mystic Seaport.
