“I went into Verizon over the weekend to bundle my mobile account under our family account. I ended up walking out with a better plan, discounts on an upgraded iphone from 12 to 17 and an easy transfer of data that I usually dread bc the person usually handling doesnt think of all the ways to import data properly. I was terrified of losing photos, emails. My life! Christopher was great. He guided me though the whole process so easily and so efficiently. Incredible experience. Better than an apple store experience!!!!”

He was a pleasure to work with; he stepped right up to lend me a hand selecting the correct items I needed for my phone and went above and beyond removing my cracked cover and doing a perfect job installing the replacements. There’s not a single tiny bubble anywhere on my screen now! “We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a disappointing visit to another Verizon store. We were greeted by Justin even though he was waiting on 2 other customers. My phone would not power on so I was very upset about losing data. Justin spoke with the help line to resolve another issue and worked on the new phone until 6:15 pm. Many thanks to Justin for a job well done and staying so late on a Sunday so I could go home with a new working phone!”
