“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. He had to locate it distributor that was willing to mix a small amount of paint. My car's paint is a mix of colors to create the blue ?. He found someone and I brought my car to be repaired. Dave said it might take three days to do the job. Much to my surprise, the following day, my car was ready!! ?

I am writing to share my recent positive experience with BMW of New London.
My interactions began primarily via email with Amanda, as I was initially hesitant to provide my phone number. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure or persistent sales pitches during this time. After numerous emails, I decided to provide my number and expressed interest in a BMW X3. Amanda was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process, especially given that this was a significant purchase. We initially negotiated the trade-in value for my Hyundai towards the BMW via email.
Upon visiting the showroom, I decided to add a second vehicle to the purchase, which had not been part of our initial negotiations. Amanda handled this change seamlessly. While I might have been able to negotiate a slightly better deal on the second vehicle, I accepted the offer as it was close to the Kelly Blue Book value, especially considering its accident history.
After finalizing the vehicle purchases, the team walked me through the extended warranty options, including vehicle maintenance, and tire and rim protection. Although the cost for all three was initially a shock, I decided to purchase them, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. Within a week, I drove over a large nail that severely damaged my tire, requiring a complete replacement at a cost of over $500.00. I arrived at the service department unannounced, hoping for a patch or repair, and was informed a new tire needed to be ordered, which would take about a week. The service department immediately provided me with a loaner car and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process.
I have read some of the previous reviews and was quite surprised, as I was treated with the utmost respect. They honored my warranty even though it had not been officially processed yet. I left without a bill and received an apology for the inconvenience.
I also want to commend the individual responsible for explaining the vehicle's technological features. As someone who is not particularly tech-savvy, I found him to be exceptionally patient and clear in his explanations. When I returned to pick up my car after the tire replacement, I was experiencing an issue with the BMW app. Even without an appointment, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. The system was temporarily down, but he assured me the problem would be resolved the following day, and indeed, my app was working perfectly.
I highly recommend BMW of New London. Amanda and the entire staff are amazing and exceptionally professional. I would not consider going anywhere else. They deserve ten stars!

And a big shoutout to Sandy Farrell, the Business Development Specialist, who answered my initial call. From our first conversation, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my visit. She was quick to respond and made contact with the team a piece of cake.
Overall, my experience at Hoffman Audi of New London was nothing short of fantastic. This team truly knows how to treat their customers right! I absolutely love my new Audi S8, and I can't thank everyone enough for making this journey so enjoyable.
