“Went to this location for the first time on Monday just before 4:30. I needed to buy stamps for 170 holiday cards, get them stamped and sent. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter that I worked with super nice, but even the other two that were at the service windows were very friendly with all the customers. Miraculously, I was able to stamp all of my pieces with one minute to spare before they closed. What's really nice is that they didn't try to rush me at all. Totally cool. I would definitely recommend using this USPS location.”

“Russell was very helpful at the Newtown UPS store! I had gone to the new Milford UPS store where they were not helpful in assisting me with returning an item to Dyson. I left there irritated and was hesitant to drive 30 minutes to another UPS store, but I am so glad I did. The staff at the Newtown road UPS were much more pleasant upon arrival than the new Milford store and Russell was Very prompt and accommodating. I was out in less than 5 minutes!”

After explaining what we were looking for Kate reassured us it could be done. Kate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with printing services. It feels great to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and really knows how to treat customers. I have always liked coming to Staples but Kate truly made this an exceptional experience.”
