“I had such a great experience with our local post office! I received a delivery notice for a package I’d been really excited about, only to learn it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. I submitted a request online and was told it could take 1–5 business days to investigate, but after a quick Google search I decided to call the local office to see if they could help sooner.
Within two or three minutes of submitting the request, Hector already knew exactly what I was calling about and told me they had already started searching. Even better—they found my package and delivered it to me in less than an hour after my request was submitted!!!
This kind of care and responsiveness is exactly why I love living in Newtown. Huge thanks to Hector and the entire postal team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! 💌📦”

“I am very impressed with how the staff and manager handled my lamination issue. A big calendar was not laminated properly so the manager insisted on copying it and laminating properly. They refunded my money and even gave me a $10 dollar coupon for next time. This is what I call top notch management. They know how to make people satisfied and put in the effort to make things right. She followed up again and again and guided me through how to find if the package had been delivered without Angie, I don’t know if I would have found my package. Angie is the bomb.”

The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”

Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do
If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”
