“I had such a great experience with our local post office! I received a delivery notice for a package I’d been really excited about, only to learn it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. I submitted a request online and was told it could take 1–5 business days to investigate, but after a quick Google search I decided to call the local office to see if they could help sooner.
Within two or three minutes of submitting the request, Hector already knew exactly what I was calling about and told me they had already started searching. Even better—they found my package and delivered it to me in less than an hour after my request was submitted!!!
This kind of care and responsiveness is exactly why I love living in Newtown. Huge thanks to Hector and the entire postal team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! 💌📦”

“Amazon returns are super easy here. You don’t need a shipping box, just the item in its original packaging and the QR code that you get from Amazon when starting a return, you can either just have them scan it on your phone or print it at home and bring it with you. They label it and put it in a bin to be sent back. Then check your phone and it should register as refund in progress. No sweat. Just make sure you get a receipt.”

“Staples works out fine when I am traveling but not at home. Plus the prices for copying are very experience. Where I live in Zephyrhills, the Staples that was here. closed several years ago. The next closest one in Lakeland also closed several years ago. The next closest one is in Plant City, one half an hour to an hour to get there, not very convienent. This is why I only go into a Staples when I am traveling. I sure wise that Staples would open a new store in Zephyrhills, it sure would better.”

“first of all, I sent my package through the post office that was supposed to go to FedEx Angie. The postmaster not only helped me with my issue. She followed up again and again and guided me through how to find if the package had been delivered without Angie, I don’t know if I would have found my package. Angie is the bomb.”
“I had to send something for work and the people here were very helpful. They advised me on the best and most cost effective way to send my things. They also told me how to buy things and how I should track my parcel after it was sent.
The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”

Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do
If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”
