“I had a Great experience with Michelle she was awesome, patient and very knowledgeable, and friendly not only with me but with every customer that came in, Michelle was the only salesperson working on this busy Saturday and literally got all three of us done without getting overwhelmed or frustrated not one time. while waiting for my phone to load she was faced with a very difficult customer and handled that great and did not let that affect her performance with us and still was nice to them even though she was faced with nasty comments and rudeness thank you Michelle!”

It can be a ton of people inside and he greets each person individually and that alone is hard to find. I walked in and was out in less than an hour. “The gentleman working at this location in Shelton was very helpful and was so knowledgeable that I didn't even have to go through the trouble of paying to get my phone fixed. He would be happy to help me but he was honest with me and I made the decision to just go ahead and order a new device instead of wasting money on a device that was no longer being updated by Samsung and the new flagship was due to roll out in less than 2 months. I have had my devices fixed here before and so have my family members and they did a fantastic job returning our devices to like new condition. I strongly recommend them for all your electronics repair needs.”

“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”
