“I’ve been bringing my cars here for years for emissions. Staff is always very friendly and there’s a comfortable waiting area with a water cooler. The icing on the cake was a couple days ago when an employee installed windshield wipers I purchased elsewhere for free and refused to take any money. Just pass it on he said.”

He came to my house to replace 3 tires for me after business hours. That shows what a great business owner he is and how he goes above and beyond for his customers. “I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! “Had my Jaguar XK Convertible in for service on the convertible top pistons and electronics. The team at Motorcars when through every inch of the system and repaired a whole bunch of issues. Special thanks to Mike the Service Manager, and Eric, the tech that did most of the work. This is a top notch Jaguar shop. They know these cars in and out and I highly recommend them. On top of that, while you are at their shop, you can visit what I would basically call a Jaguar Museum. Loads of vintage Jags being restored and/or for sale.”
