I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bank of America branch in Farmington, CT, to open a new account. Arriving just 15 minutes before closing time, I was unaware that the bank closed at 4:00 PM. Fortunately, I was assisted by a senior broker named Deblina Karar.
Despite the late hour, Deblina's response was nothing short of exceptional. When I mentioned that I couldn't return the next day, she graciously stayed after hours to help me open my new bank account. Her kindness and dedication were truly remarkable.
Deblina empathized with my situation, sharing that she understands the challenges of navigating official documents, banks, and doctors in a new country. “I usually don’t write reviews unless something unusual happens, today it did. My daughter and I needed to get a cashier’s check for her first car and went to this branch. Brad the banking teller helped us with the cashier’s check. Brad was very professional, patient and helpful. During the time we were there, another customer had come in and for unknown reasons ( maybe the heatwave) became upset. This situation was handled with professionalism by the Terryville branch also.
