I simply cannot thank Manoj, Daniele, and Benjamin enough for making me look and feel the best for my special day! I entered their store with a style and budget in mind, and they helped me stick to it while finding some high quality threads and shoes. I was impressed by their selection, warm welcoming demeanor, and friendly banter. “We had a WONDERFUL experience with Lilah at the West Hartford Location. We had to get my step-dad a last minute suit for my wedding on the Fourth of July and she made sure we got everything in time! “Manager was really nice helping me get the measurements for my sons suit but I wish I didn't have to go back and forth between stores just to get it done. Both stores had the measuring tape but it felt like a hassle to just get measurements until the manager was called and it was done properly”

“I had such a great experience for my first time shopping at AE! I first met with the store manager, Wendy and she directed me to a few great options of clothing I was looking for. I tried on so many pairs of jeans but her and another store associate, Adrian I think her name was..? were both super helpful, kind and patient with me! Wendy was able to match most of the clothes prices that were on sale on their website which was a plus and I was able to purchase everything I needed. “Lots to coordinate as we had 10+ tuxes for groomsmen all over the country. There were a few inconsistencies across the buttons and jacket styles early on. We called Jake and emphasized the importance of the remaining tuxes to be exactly correct upon pickup.
Jake took ownership of this and was prepared when we walked in already having double checked something.
Wyatt helped us address a stitch issue in minutes and we were on our way. This business isn’t easy and these two gentlemen stood out above my past experiences at different men’s warehouse locations.

“Makeup junkies unite! Here's a quick fact about Sephora after my research, then my experience follows:
Sephora is a French company founded in 1969 with approximately 2,700 stores worldwide. They sell cosmetics, skincare, beauty & haircare, and fragrances; they also have their own line.
Sephora and Kohl's partnered up in 2020. This was done to expand Sephora and reach out to more customers, of different socioeconomic backgrounds; Kohl's also wanted to bring in the younger crowds to their stores. Also, it made it more accessible for people to buy brands offered at Sephoras, even if they're located in small suburban towns. Typically, Sephoras are located in metropolitan areas.
I like Kohl's and I like Sephora; I'm glad there is one near me. It's obviously smaller than the standalone stores but it has pretty much all of your beauty needs. They have all of the popular brand names and samples to try out. The store was clean and organized. I do think the prices at Sephora are high, so I don't splurge there too often. Overall, a good location and I'm sure local makeup lovers are happy it's there.”
“My sales person Chris was very attentive and helped me choose my perfect bag!! When explaining that I would check out Macy’s to price compare, he graciously held onto the bag for me until I made the decision. I wound up coming back and purchasing from the store because it was a better deal. He also helped my little sister pick a bag!! He is very attentive and nice and knows what he is talking about. “I rarely shop at footlocker, today I went with my two teenager daughters and everyone there was so amazing! One of my kids wanted a pair of new balances, Jomar came over and asked if we had any questions, my daughter asked if they had her size and he asked what that was-said she was better off getting the same shoe in the kids size and save $40. He figured out her size, found the shoe and saved me money. The girl at the register was unbelievably sweet too. The whole interaction was great. It was so great that I’m writing a review for footlocker. Mainly Jomar-he was awesome: And I saved $80 between 2 pairs of shoes today. I’ll be back!”

“This is a former Gap, which was already pretty great, but is now even better. It’s Labor Day weekend, and somehow the shelves and racks are stocked, stacked and very well organized. The fitting rooms were tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful (just like when it was Gap!) and I left with more than I’d anticipated. Of special note to mid-size ladies: pant sizes ranged from 0 all the way to 20. I always have to try at least 3 sizes when I shop and since all of the sizes were available, I was able to leave with what I wanted and needed (re: not shop online). I usually hate shopping, and I will make a point to venture more regularly to this retail location. Great job on the transition, guys!”
“I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.
Again thank you all for excellent customer service. You all went above and beyond and I pray you all excel into to higher career moves. You all deserve it.”
