The staff are friendly and super quick, even when it is a busy holiday weekend. They do their best to solve any problem. Its worth a couple of extra stops on Metro North just to rent from here.”
“This was my first time renting a car (25, woohoo) and I picked a model I was somewhat familiar with - prices were better than I was expecting - and the staff were friendly and straightforward - was much appreciated and went very smoothly! Staff member looked over the car with me beforehand and pointed out scratches that were already there. And she filled up the tires before handing it over because the light was on. Felt very good about it. Just know there isn't a drop box for keys though at this location, so you'll have to be aware of when you're returning the car sometime during open hours.”
