“Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!”

The other person messed up my pickup and drop off time because I came in few minutes early and I was going to be charged to a whole extra day for just few minutes. Kevon made the alterations and made the pick up and drop off time as the same.

Every single time I worked with her, the experience was exceptional. The cars were always clean, ready, and the entire environment felt positive and welcoming. Angeline is incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers.
There was one time I was in a rush, and she went above and beyond she quickly went to the back, personally made sure the car was clean and ready, and had me in and out in less than five minutes. That level of service is rare.
What really meant a lot to me was when I accidentally left something behind at the office. She called me right away, and even went out of her way to drop it off to me since she lived along my route. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and something I will never forget.

“I used this location after having 2 accidents in a very short time span. (I feel like I need to say no fault of my own ?) I felt the staff were kind and helpful. I dropped my car at an auto shop and they promptly picked me up and brought me to their facility.
The first time the insurance covered everything, the second time the insurance company didn’t inform me I’d have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I thought that was bad business on the part of the insurance company to leave it to the gentleman at the rental car place to have to give a customer that bad news.
Anytime I had a concern or question I was able to call and speak to a human being and issues were taken care of efficiently and quickly (key fob battery, return time question).”

“I rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 11 Brown House Rd in Stamford, CT, and this was honestly the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was fast, professional, and completely frictionless.
A huge shoutout to Tim, who helped me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely cared about making the experience as easy as possible. He asked about my vehicle that was in the body shop, explained everything clearly, and had me laughing throughout the process. Employees like Tim are what make people come back—he honestly deserves Employee of the Month and a raise.
The rental process itself was incredibly well designed. Checking in on the iPad took just a few minutes, inspecting the vehicle and documenting any existing damage was simple, and I was on the road much faster than I expected. Everything felt modern, organized, and efficient.
I was also impressed by how well Enterprise worked with my insurance. I have Progressive, and the negotiated insurance rate made the rental very affordable. My vehicle was being repaired at Pray Body Shop, and the coordination between the two companies made everything seamless. When my Audi was finished, I simply left the Enterprise rental at Pray Body Shop, and they handled returning it to Enterprise for me. It couldn’t have been easier.
If you’re looking for a car rental in Stamford, CT, whether it’s an insurance replacement rental, collision repair rental, business rental, or a weekend vehicle, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. The customer service, efficiency, pricing, and overall experience were outstanding.

“Where do I start? First I want to thank everyone at this location for their patience and professionalism when it comes to handling their clients. My last rental ( I deal with this location often) was during this snow storm we just had. Due to the overwhelming amount of snow piles in our clients apartment complex All the vehicles were blocked in for almost 2 days. Finally we were able to move our rental. It was supposed to be returned Monday. I brought it back Wednesday, and had a bit of an attitude due to me thinking I was going to receive late fees and so forth. One of the managers who displayed a good amount of patience with me offered a huge discount due to my situation. I have to mention I wasn’t the most polite when I arrived, so for him to take care of that really made me realize how important it is to always be respectful
and polite. I can’t imagine how he felt when I arrived and acted how I did. Truly thankful for this company, my business thrives due to their availability and willingness to go above and beyond. This is why I recommend this location to everyone I do business with. And this is why I will continue to do so. Thanks again for looking out when in reality they really didn’t have to. Especially seeing how rude I was when I approached him.”

“This is car rental facility that can't handle a busy day. That being said, the people who work the counter are fantastic. They deal with the equipment they have and it is archaic. Everything is done manually so if your accustom to the quick process you find at other car rental facilities, you will not be happy. Considering what the staff gas to deal with, they are amazing.”
