In the past I have spent a great deal of money to have a vet come to the house to administer euthanasia to our pets thinking that I did not want them to be scared or anxious. This time I decided to bring our pet to Pawcatuck Veterinary Clinic. What a comforting experience. They have a room dedicated to the process with pleasant lighting, sounds and surroundings. A sedative is administered which takes 5-7 minutes to take effect. Instead of leaving the room and using this precious time as a vet, Dr. Rosenberg stayed in the room, answered any questions we had and talked us throught the process. The vet tech who assisted was amazing and made my family be at peace. If you are ever in the situation to make end of life decisions for your furry loved ones, rest assured they will feel comfort in the care Pawcatuck Veterinary clinic provides.

Dr. Beal was very honest and compassionate when explaining our dog’s condition. She had been with us for 16 years, and Dr. Beal gave us the time we needed to think and explained our options with clarity and care.
Today we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, and once again we were met with understanding and support. Thank you for practicing your profession with true love for animals, not for money.

17 High St, StoningtonSuch a cute little coffee stop! We got the cold brew, and it was absolutely delicious- rich, smooth, and surprisingly chocolatey. And I ordered a latte (pictured), which was also excellent, but I have to admit I kept sneaking sips of the cold brew because I loved the flavor so much.
Seating is limited both inside and outside, so it’s best as a grab-and-go spot. It’s the perfect place to pick up a coffee before strolling around charming Stonington.
