“After a long day of searching for an accent chair at various stores like Arhaus, Pottery Barn, and Ashley's, we gave up as we had no luck of finding the right one and one we could take home today. We ended up wanting to shop for some snacks at the World Market. Our experience took a delightful turn when we were assisted by Maria, an amazing employee who was knowledgeable and welcoming. Little did we know we will end up buying an accent chair here today after giving up on multiple so called high-end stores. She made the process of finding a chair convenient by showing us the options in stock. Thanks to her help, we quickly decided on a beautiful accent chair and purchased it on the spot. “Ariel made my buying experience so enjoyable. She was friendly and customer focused. First, I bought a storage bed that was perfect - floor model on sale. When the drawer didn't open smoothly, she let me spray silicone on the track to see if that would help. I went to a nearby hardware store and that resolved the issue immediately! She ensured the bed was packed up according to my timeline and she was just an overall joy to work with. About a week later, she helped my husband and I purchase a super comfy couch (fall sale!) and we are awaiting that delivery now. She has been patient and customer service oriented and very helpful throughout our buying process. A joy to work with! When I was browsing the oven pans Eileen was super helpful when I was asking to look at the list of any chemicals that might be in the pan. She helped steer me away from one brand to another and I appreciate her true customer service approach. Two familiar names now share one storefront. Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store opened their first co-branded location in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16, and the concept is spreading to nearly two dozen stores in what the company calls phase one.

CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
