“I love it here. Marshalls is my favorite store in the world. What ever you can find on Tik Tok or Amazon. They have it too. The prices are usually cheaper then Amazon or the same price depending on the product. Disclaimer: I may not be able to find every single item I find on Tik Tok or Amazon in Marshalls, but I do find a good amount of stuff. Sometimes I find newer items that I didn't find on Tik Tok. Just sharing my thoughts.”

Sandra showed me quickly where I needed to go and then she swung back to me and updated me on OTHER inventory that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Saved me TONS of time in a pinch. “I LOVE this store! This has been my go to store for everything I need for the last 20 years! They are always friendly and helpful! They have everything you need and COFFEE too!! Also every time I go in YES there are signs telling you to wear a mask and I have seen them wearing masks! On a side note it is NOT a law to wear a mask and you cannot force people to wear one. Everybody that works at ONE STOP VARIETY is awesome!! GO THERE FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!!”
“I needed a miracle. Reggie consulted and fixed my color. Gave me confidence back. Gave me a cut but with natural curls we had to see how it goes. Went back 6 wks later, Reggie's wasn't available so they referred Samantha whom they said is familiar with cutting natural curls and YES she was! Highly recommend Both. “I usually come into this location but stepped outside of my norm and placed a pickup order because I did not want to lose my coupons. When I got to the Order Pickup desk I was politely informed that I chose the wrong location.
The manager on duty (Bri) was called right away and when she came over she let me explain what was wrong and she empathized with my concern on losing my coupons. She made a call and then came back to me with options to help me get what I needed, not lose my discount and not have to travel to another location.
We ended up spending double than we had originally ordered and Bri truly went above and beyond to explain how the discounts were being adjusted and what my receipt would look like once she was done while ringing us up. She took her time even though they were closing in 15 minutes maybe less. The way she spoke to her staff and other customers was so polite.
In retail it’s a gamble sometimes to get professional responses to customer issues in store but Bri really is a five star manager. I have since placed another pick up order and she greeted me with a smile when I came in because she remembered me!
I wanted to write this review to highlight her and her team that helped me fix my own mistake. Target made the right choice putting her in charge. Anytime I see her I know if anything happens she’s gonna make sure it works out ok.
Thank you Bri for being you! Your personality shines through and your professionalism is a bonus. Target is lucky to have you girl!! ?”
