“I went into the store for the first time a few weeks ago on a whim and had the nicest experience. Faye greeted me as soon as I came in and helped orient me to where everything was. I let her know I was interested in a new pair of Adidas running sneakers (simply because that’s what I was already wearing). Faye showed me a few pairs of Adidas but also introduced me to a few new brands to help me widen my search and make sure I was getting the best pair for me. I ended up LOVING a pair of Brooks - I never would have even tried them on if Faye hadn’t suggested them - and walked away with them, a pair of Uggs, and inserts.
I’m now writing this review a few weeks later because I’m still so impressed with my experience at Hawley Lane and am still really loving my purchases. The sneakers are so much better than what I had prior; I am so glad I got the guidance I did there. Faye was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout. You could tell she really cares about her customers and getting them in the right shoes. It felt like an old school shopping experience, in the best way! I’ll definitely be going back in the future.”

“After not so great the past experiences I decided to come here again. The store is definitely getting better and the customer service is becoming good. Are used to come here a lot and never got the good service and in general the store wasn't great but seems like it's getting better. I am going to start coming shopping here again hopefully things will get better and better.
