After my horse being laid up for six months due to an incorrect (WAY incorrect) diagnosis by another vet, he diagnosed him after watching him just walk out of his stall, and then corrected the problem in a matter of minutes. Then he gave me a whole program of physical therapy (walking over cavaletti) to strengthen the area which had become weak due to muscle atrophy. I have never had such a caring and knowledgeable equine vet as Dr. Stewart.

46 Poquonock Ave, WindsorDr. Pennington is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I’m a very nervous cat mom, every sneeze can be concerning, and he is great at calming me when I’m concerned about something insignificant but he has never been dismissive. Recently my cat seemed very sick and definitely not himself. I probably called the vet three/four times to ask advice and reschedule appointments. They were able to find me an appointment the next day because I was very concerned. Dr. Pennington was so wonderful with my sweet boy, as well as the vet tech (so gentle with him) and phone staff that helped me find the soonest appointment. They took my concerns seriously and looked at everything I asked about. He prescribed me medication for my boy and called me as soon as he got back the blood tests, the same day, which is SO appreciated because otherwise I would have been fretting until the morning. He took the time to explain his results in detail and answer all the questions I had. My boy will be okay due to them, thank you so much.
There can be a little bit of a wait, but trust me it is worth it because Dr. Pennington gives the time, energy, and knowledge needed to diagnose and treat your fur babies. I wouldn’t want to be go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Pennington and to your wonderful staff. My boy is already feeling so much better and it’s such a relief. Thank you!

No heartache to day for me. she was patient and with a great deal of kindness she took the time to listen to everything I had to say and l not as of yet had my appointment with this facility. I'm very much impressed with the kindest person I could of spoken to with the state of mind I was in at this time. Her name is Christina and she showed a great deal of compassion that I needed very much at the time. She listened to all my questions and concerns. It i have to say has been a very long time since a person to show the kindness I was shown by this person. I'm so very impressed with her control and again patient with me.

Bark Palace Dog Day Care Kennel
8 Southwood Dr, WindsorI cannot say enough great things about Bark Palace! My dogs stayed for 6 nights initially when we went on vacation, and now we bring them for day care. They love this place, and so do we! Huge outdoor and indoor space for hours and hours of fun, and they even get a naptime! I feel so comfortable bringing my dogs here. 10/10, highly recommend. Reasonably priced, and amazingly caring and competent staff.

555 Day Hill Rd, WindsorI just went in for a simple roast beef sandwich. Tons of options for toppings and about 10 bread options. I went with the pumpernickel which was super soft and fantastic. They pile on the roast beef so you are not getting some skinny sandwich. If I lived in this area, I would be a regular and never go to other fast sandwich shops again. Super fast and friendly service and the restaurant is just a small basic deli but plenty of room for seating both indoors and out.
