“I was ordering my passport, had never done a money order before and kept grabbing the wrong envelope. The passport lady was super understanding, helped me with signing and finding which documents I needed to send and which to keep.”
“Dan is fantastic. He shows up on time. Does quality work at a fair price and goes the extra mile. He did things like fix broken sensors without asking. He knows his stuff and we couldn’t be happier.”

“I did not go in, just needed to drop mail in the blue box outside. But the location is very convenient and it wasn't too busy. A good place to buy stamps, if you still use them, or mail a package when the need arises.”

“They had my package for me like the paper said. It's a original landmark of the area and the employees are very nice and always handle my requests well above and beyond my expectations! I'd much rather do my postal business at this great little location than at most of the other local post offices in the area. Have a blessed day!”
“Would give 6 stars if google let me. The team at this location goes above and beyond to make every effort to do right. I had a few issues with a package but Justin heard me, did everything they could to correct things, and in the end, made me a lifelong customer for this location.”

“They are great. I filed a missing package report and a gentleman from the office called me right away to tell me he was working on locating it. A day later it was delivered to my house and he even called me to follow up. They’re a great group!”
“I have always found the South Windsor post office to be a helpful place even on the times once a year when I come in with 20 packages. The postal clerks have never given me a hard time about it or been anything but friendly. I look forward to going there.”
“Ms. Sharon and her team are very pleasant and always ready to assist customers. On one extremely busy day while waiting in a long cue, over the Christmas holidays, one customer burst into singing a carol to cheer the staff on. Everyone in the cue joyfully joined in. The staff was so grateful. In fact, it was a great experience to witness the community spirit because of the hard-working staff at this post office. There are cards and shipping supplies available for purchase as well as ample parking, including handicap access.”
“I absolutely love this post office location because not only are they open until 10:00 pm weeknights, but they’re also open Sundays! I mail a lot of packages for a hobby / small business and having these extra hours, especially on Sunday is a great option since I live nearby (20 minutes). There’s usually 2 windows staffed and line times vary. Like many post offices some of the clerks here are very friendly and others can be cranky! The cranky workers are why I didn’t give 5 stars which their hours are worthy of!”

“When you don't want to have to stop by the most busiest post offices, this lil' office is great for small drop offs! Unfortunately, they only employ a couple people at most at times, so if it does get busy, you'll have to wait.”

“This post office is small but fast and efficient and the person at the counter is always the same and provides great customer service. Definitely the best post office in the area.”
“Decent if you're using the self-service kiosk. There are times when it may be acting up, no physical receipt, trouble with the label scanner, but you can always have the digital copy sent to your email. Great for busy ebay and Amazon sellers.”

“They have very good customer service here when I go in there it's in and out it's never crowded if you're in a rush this is the post office to go to”
“I have been in this office for 4 years where I pick up and send packages. They provide good service, we are people, one day it may be good for you, but for another it may be different. Thank you for your service.”
“The employees here try their best even when they're out numbered by customers. Be patient and they'll do their best to help you. They've consistently helped me find mail and packages”
“I go to this post office all the time and i l9ve it the staff is very knowlable and friendly and help there coutomers to the best of there avalibity i live this post office”
“I came here to apply for my passport and honestly had a great experience. Both Vicky and James were excellent, very kind, professional, and patient. They explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure I understood the process. I truly don’t understand why this location has bad reviews because the place was clean, organized, and the staff was very respectful. I never felt rushed or treated rudely; on the contrary, the service was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very, very good experience, and I truly appreciate the great customer service, especially from Vicky and James. Highly recommended.”
“I wanted to share my positive feedback from my visit this morning. Theresa and a male staff member provided excellent service and were both very helpful and polite. Thank you for your service!”

“I go to the post office frequently and have been to multiple locations across CT, this one is my favorite. Even when they’re busy and/or approaching closing time, the staff members remain patient and professional. They are friendly and thoroughly helpful with each customer. Always a pleasant experience!”
“I walked in there feeling rather frustrated as two packages didn't show up. Not sure her name, but some gorgeous women dressed to kill opened the little door window which made me not so frustrated about having to drive about this morning. She took down the tracking numbers and went in back to figure it out. It took 5-10 minutes but when she came back out she had printed off a couple sheets to patiently explain to confused me what happened with my packages. Very helpful.”
“In this age of home delivery for everything... I found myself in need of a post office. I had Christmas presents that I wanted to send the old-fashioned way.
The two employees at the Maple Avenue brach were both busy, but both seemed friendly and helpful, and the line moved quickly.
This is only my second or third time at this post office, but I have not experienced a problem so far.”
“UNQUESTIONABLY, THIS USPS LOCATION IS IDEAL FOR WEE-HOUR MORNING DROP-OFFS OF SAFE MAILING CHORES, EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AT THE CONVENIENT DRIVEWAY DROP-OFF BOX!”
“4 stars because it isn't the working-man USPS in the trenches that makes the system laughable, but the overpaid honchos in charge.
Overpaid, I said what I said. Doesn't take much to oversee operations are a disaster from the top down, especially at this location.
Hopefully retirement comes sooner rather than later for some folks there, and a new generation of faces that care will take the helm, ones that at least sort of care.
Finally, I have an entire family of postal workers, don't tell me I don't know how you people operate. ?”

“Its a small post office, usually only one employee working at a time. They are always very polite and helpful. They are closed between 1pm and 2pm during the week, monday through friday. It is always clean and neat and organized.”
“I'm glad new Supervisor got to this Post Office, he was very kind, he explained the process of my package, he also helped other people who were with different situations and most surprisingly help others who speak another language”
“Typically efficient, and I'm able to get in & out in a reasonable amount of time.
Once in a while, they have fewer staff and if you happen to walk in at the same time as a bunch of others the wait can be longer. However, you can't plan for this.”
“There was an older man who helped me out earlier today, and he was absolutely wonderful! I came in to send a large shipment of packages out and I mixed up two of the shipping labels. He did not make me feel bad and was really nice about the mistake, even when I got stressed out about it (was having a hard, emotional day). He also was so kind to everyone who came in and knew many of them personally, really showcasing how important community and postal service was. Really exemplary.”
