“I came in looking for a new pair of running shoes after experiencing some discomfort with a previous pair of new balances I bought last year. Immediately walking in Brandon greeted me and began helping me. Asking for all my information, pulling up my account to view my previous purchased shoes to get a better understanding of my issue. He helped find the right shoe based on my concerns, talked me through two different options. Brandon was absolutely amazing, high energy and very knowledgeable. I would recommend seeing him if you ever go into this location! Thank you Brandon!”

He shortened my backpack straps and you can’t tell anyone altered it. I ended up here after the suggestion of a tailor (tailors don’t use the thick needles needed to sew through thick straps and/or leather) I would absolutely bring any purse or shoes etc here in the future.”
“The woman who was helping me with my alteration was super friendly and knew what she was doing. I was a little frustrated with the wait time. My apt was scheduled for 10 and I didnt get taken in until 10:40. But the apt went fast. Which was great.”

“A few friends recommended Marathon Sports after I had a pretty bad experience at a different running store, and I'm really glad I went. Mohammed was super helpful—he answered all my questions and we ended up having a great chat about shoes and running. He really knows his stuff. Even though the store was packed, the whole process felt easy and not rushed. I ended up with a pair of Asics and some insoles for my high arches. I’ll definitely be back next time I need new shoes.”

“Went in looking for boots to shovel snow in. The selection wasn't what I expected but ended up buying a very comfortable and reasonable pair that not only can I use to shovel snow in but also work around the house or job in. Ahn (not off) and another young man (not sure of his name) helped me while Emily cashed my wife and I out. The experience was great and always is in one of your stores. “OH, THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHOES!! Holy cow. One design with different sizes, & colors to choose from. Hard to make a decision when there's so much there. Warehouse style shopping with unfortunately only 1 or 2 sales people to help you. I found a nice pair of brown boots & black sneakers! I'm happy with my choices. N”

“I have bought countless footwear from Vionic. Just this one time a few days ago I bought shoes that the store person offered discount on which became a final sale. The shoes felt comfortable while trying in store but when I tried at home (on carpet) for 30 mins, they hurt my feet. I called Vionic if they would give me store credit and I am not asking for refund, I was just denied.
I understand that it became a final sale but given orthotic shoes are so expensive even after discount and that my feet just needed more time to know whether it will work for me. I have been a loyal customer, I would have hoped that they make an exception just one time. Especially, when the choice at the store is always so limited in terms or sizes and colors.
The owner addressed my issue promptly and I was able to receive store credit next day.
Hence bumped up from 1 to 4 star. Thanks!”

“Dr. McIntosh was wonderful. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. But I have had root canals in the past and this one was the best. I did not have nor have I had any pain or discomfort.I am grateful to his office for fitting me in so quickly as I have a hip replacement in 3 weeks. If I ever need this service in the future, this is we’re I will go. Thank you”
“Praise to the team at Clarks West Farms. Had a little snafu with an online order that customer service was very adamant in their inability to do anything to help me out.
However, upon talking to Sha’Quai (apologies if I spelled that wrong) on the phone at West Farms, they were perfectly willing to do what customer service said they absolutely could not. Shout out to Kian (double sorry if I got that wrong too) for helping me out when I went into the store to sort things out. This location is a great model on how retailers should operate with funky situations. Thanks West Farms team!”

“This is one of the several occasions I’ve been out with my family shopping over the weekend. Chris one of the shoe managers knew exactly where the other shoe was that I was looking for today. I told him it was size 10.5 but he assured me he knew exactly where it was on the other side of the store in kids shoes according to his memory. And low and behold he was right! “I rarely shop at footlocker, today I went with my two teenager daughters and everyone there was so amazing! One of my kids wanted a pair of new balances, Jomar came over and asked if we had any questions, my daughter asked if they had her size and he asked what that was-said she was better off getting the same shoe in the kids size and save $40. He figured out her size, found the shoe and saved me money. The girl at the register was unbelievably sweet too. The whole interaction was great. It was so great that I’m writing a review for footlocker. Mainly Jomar-he was awesome: And I saved $80 between 2 pairs of shoes today. I’ll be back!”

“Prices are on the high end but not out of the range of other quality brands I've bought at Marshall's on sale, and they have good sale prices. Quality is excellent and sizing and fit are better for my middle age figure than most brands that run too small or too "matronly". Service is good, although they are expected to push a bit, offering advice and add-ons if they see you looking at something. I've worked in retail so I know they are just doing their job. If you do have a question or need something, they know their inventory and are quick to help. I've been very happy with the work clothes and jeans over purchased.”
