I was recommended to try the Hoka Bondi 8 and Mach 5 shoes, both of which have a great look and had the support to help my knee pain. I also bought a headband and chickn legs running shorts here and they are both great products!”

“This the place to go if you need new running shoes. I've mostly been wearing Asics on Thanksgiving morning for the past 23 years but it was time for something new. My 12 year old Asics were getting tired so I went in here in August the day before running the RiMaConn and Ashley hooked me up with my first pair of Topos. What a difference these made. She scanned my foot and had me try a few different shoes before deciding and I'm confident we found the right shoe for me. I went from being a reluctant infrequent runner to when's the next 5k but I'll sign up for the 10 instead. Thanks again”

“I typically have trouble finding supportive and cute shoes that fit well but Lexi helped me find not just one, but two, pairs! She added a cork foam to the front of a pair of loafers to keep my heel from popping out. She also was able to ship me a pair of flats that come in a narrow width (which is an uncommon size). I appreciated how friendly and polite she was, and I look forward to wearing my new shoes.”
“This is a gorgeous store with all sorts of cool boots, particularly heavy duty, work boots and cowboy boots. I was looking for snow boots so this was not really the place for me. But were I to be looking for some awesome cowboy boots. This would be the place to shop!”
“A great store with informed and polite staff. The selection is great and diverse. Honestly I wanted to give the store five stars, however, the music that plays in the store totally ruins the atmosphere. I understand it’s the general music that plays through the entire mall, however it doesn’t fit the store at all. If the music was changed to reflect the store and its vibe, I’d give it 5 stars.”

“We were greated the moment we walked in with smiles and genuine happiness that we were there. We were shopping for my daughter who is a junior brides maid. We had Alyssa H. as our consultant. Alyssa was very happy to help us, guided us through the entire process with ease. She never once made us feel like time was a concern. Alyssa got a feel for what type of dresses we liked and went and pulled more dresses she thought we would want. We were very happy and selected an amazing dress that we wouldn't have found without the help of Alyssa. We are very happy with David's Bridal and will be back again for proms, gala's and any other dress needs we will have.Thank you for a great experience.Christine”
“Love this shoe store chain because they carry more wide shoes than any other shoe store I have encountered. But better that the actual store is their website. Buy minimum amount for free shipping and return to store. Everybody loves to buy shoes, now I have found the perfect store and the perfect way of doing it.”

“The store personnel were very helpful, courteous and professional. However, the pants I exchanged were supposed to be size 46/30 and they measured 33 inches in length! We had a funeral so my husband had to wear them - I had to duct tape the hem so they wouldn’t drag on the ground. Ridiculous the inseam sizing was so wrong. Now I’ll have to take them to a seamstress and pay another $25 to have the $88 pants hemmed correctly. Very disappointed.”
“This store is fabulous but more importantly it’s manager Jennifer is wonderful! I recently had an issue with a purchase that I made (the transaction was not done appropriately by another clerk so I had trouble returning it). Jennifer stepped in and made a number of calls to customer service to rectify the issue. She was not only persistent, but incredibly kind and professional. I will be going back to the Glastonbury location and will be asking for Jennifer specifically from now on.”

“I'm not a big fan of the Loft, most of their items are not my style, but I'll occasionally walk in. I notice their store is usually set up to feature one specific color, and you'll notice it right at the entrance. They'll have all the new items of that new color, currently various shades of pink displayed on the front table, not to be missed. This is fine, but a variety would also be more eye catching. I've been on the hunt recently for a specific pair of pants, they are from a few seasons ago at the Loft. I've gone to a few stores and I've looked online, and I haven't had much luck. I stopped at the Loft store at Westfarms, I asked the man working there if he could help me find them. He was so helpful, he looked all over the store for me, he talked to the other associates, he did a store search online, he looked in the back room twice, sadly they didn't have the pants. I didn't even ask him to do all this, it was all in his effort and wonderful customer service. And it was a very busy day in the store, yet he was still dedicated in finding these pants for me. I so much appreciate excellent service like this.”

“It was almost 6pm on a Sunday. The customer service was great! Instead of asking us to leave while finishing up a customer, so they could leave, they allowed my family and myself in the store to shop. The lady behind the register even asked if I needed help and got the box of shoes I requested for my 1 year old son. Mind you, we were probably in the store 5 minutes. Our receipt read 6:01pm. They could have denied us the sale, but they didn't.”
