“Prices always beats everyone else. Customers know this and the pumps can sometimes get really jammed with a lot of cars. Be prepared to wait a while to fuel up. The exit from the fuel pumps is really bad. The should have put in 2 exits. A single exit for the store and pumps is a serious bottle neck and the road corners are too tight for pick ups and large SUVs. Those drivers are always hitting the curbs, Me being on of them.”
“Great prices...good gas. For those who say the wait is too long, did you know you don't have to wait for the pump on your gas cap side. The hoses reach both sides!”

“I wanted to recognize one of your employees that works in the refrigerated produce section in the South Windsor store. I met Derrick last week while shopping for fruits and vegetables in the refrigerated section. Derrick was actively removing bad and expired produce as I was shopping. He helped me find vegetables that looked good and explained to me how much time and effort he puts into keeping the produce fresh every day. Good employees are hard to find these days, especially the ones that care about their jobs and the customers that shop at their stores. Thank you Derrick!”

“I liked this Costco!! Although the line to exit, gets old. I was under the impression that it was illegal for stores to stop their patrons and check what they bought in the carriages. I realize people steal and this is probably why but that is my least favorite part of visiting any Costco store or Walmart for that matter”
“Not only gas prices are reasonable there but if you are member of the club you can get10 cents to 15 cents off a gallon of gas each time you go. Also if member if certain items atr bought in the store it could earn you 25 cents off a gallon.”

“We had new tires put on last week (quick and easy appointment) and within two days I ran over a screw in the road. They were able to get me in the next day for a repair and when they determined it was not fixable they swapped out the spare for me and ordered a new tire which was covered by the warranty. The staff were all friendly and helpful despite it being a busy Saturday.”

“I have found that getting my gas here is a good experience. There's an attendant there who is always walking outside and is quick to offer any assistance as needed. This is a very popular gas station in the community, and at times the lines are very long, but they usually move very quickly. This is the best price for gas in the area.”
“I shop regularly at Costcos and continue to find great buys on everything I purchase. I recently decided to try the Tempura Shrimp after trying a sample in the store. It was absolutely delicious, crunchy, lightly battered and the size of the shrimp with no shrinking was phenomenal. I purchased a frozen box containing 30 count that comes with packets of sauce. The shrimp are large so I baked about 4 in the oven. They were filling and as delicious as they were in the store. I shared some with my friends at work and they too were equally impressed and wanted to buy them at Costcos.”
“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“I want to give a big shout out to a few employees. Billy the cart guy is very friendly, talkative and has great customer service skills. Amy, Beverly, Lea and Kiki are all very friendly on the front end. Louis at the front door has told me a few times he would let Tiffany know about the pepsi machine being out of soda. The last time I was there it was still sold out and now it appears to be unplugged. I don't why an employee would tell a customer it would be fixed and still not fixed very poor customer service on his part. Also he has told me before I couldn't go outside with the motorized cart before but I have never seen him saybit to anyone else but me. I think upper management should recognize the following team members Billy, Amy, Beverly, Lea, Kiki, Angie, Zak, Maria and Oshi they are all really helpful and friendly team members. Also you know you will have clean bathrooms when Maria is working. She is also very friendly and talkative to the customers.”

Recently, I bought a set of wheels and I lost the lug nuts and centering rings so I called them up and they sent me out a new set and rings at no additional charge even though it was completely my fault. You don’t see this kind of service anymore. Would highly recommend”
