We try not to take advantage of how helpful she can be but we needed to rely on her a good amount when transitioning because Verizon’s systems are just so flawed/confusing. Can’t say enough great things about her. Truly professional as well. It’s hard to find help and care like that anywhere these days. She’s the reason we are sticking with Verizon.”

“Our rep was exceptional. I was assisting my wife upgrade her mobile phone. She doesn't like to spend money in general and doesn't value all the features that the latest phones offer. But her old phone was dying so she felt she had no choice but to deal with the lengthy and at times confusing process of changing phones. We are long time Verizon customers with 5 lines for our family plan, so I've worked with lots of Verizon store associates over the years. The Verizon associate was not pushy - just patiently answered all our questions in a clear, friendly, and helpful manner. She didn't recommend more than we needed, which ended up being not the latest model but one for which we qualified for a good discount. My wife's phone was set up quickly and we went shopping while all the data was transferred. When we returned walked my wife was walked through all the functionality changes since her older phone was quite a bit different. The visit was actually a very positive experience for what can be a rather exasperating one. I will return to this location in the future!”

Ash even explained to the manager how to solve one of the issues we encountered. “This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. While she was helping us, other staff members approached her several times for assistance, and all the while, she solved their problems too. She's a dynamo and can help you too. “Bruce was great from the very beginning! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. He tried to help me over the phone right away in case it was something simple. When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable.In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him. The repair was secondary, recovering my data was my top priority- and he did just that!! My laptop is back up and running and all my data has been restored.
