Great place to shop. Lots of space to move around. Great sales. Clean restrooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

When you return an item make sure it is properly noted on the receipt. If not they will charge you twice if you do not look at your statement.

i usually love to do bargain hunting here but this one is of the worse Macy's backstage I've been in. but then again perhaps it was just bad timing.
