“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”
“I need to come on and share a quick story about how much associate Jovanni helped me. I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”

“Came to this location because I had issues with my eSim and was extremely frustrated with the fact I went over a week without any service with Metro PCS and having several reps fail to resolve the issue. But Soliman was able to fix the issue within a short period of time!! Much respect to him for being competent and understanding of my situation. That guy deserves a raise and a promotion, that’s my honest opinion!”
“Aliza was fantastic at helping me get my phone traded in for the 16 which I have bought. She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!”

“I recently went to this location and my phone was off because I couldn't afford my bill..But I was informed by Ariel and Krishna that I didn't use all the data that was in my plan so my bill could be drastically reduced...I was then told the credit from days I didn't use the data could be applied to my bill and it was paid for this month and my next due date was in a month.Their patience and kindness made my whole day better.”

We had some questions regarding our plan, phones, payments, and many more and we stopped by the T-Mobile in Media, PA (where we live) and we were blown away by the service T-Mobile Team Media provided to us. I mean, the entire time I was there my jaw could not close. It was unbelievable. The lead Dan, along with his team Cris, John, Trey, and Seeta, paid attention to every single detail or question we had. They were so genuine with design to help us get the best service possible that it seemed too good to be true but the thing is - it was true! I mean, this is customer service at its excellence! They went through all possible options, offers, and ways to ensure we leave 100% satisfied, happy customers! They answered every question we had. They resolved every problem we had. They provided the best offers we could get. They treated us as a valued T-Mobile family! Man, it truly felt good. I had not seen such customer care in so long! “I was locked out of my phone and all I needed was the SIM card code Which I didn't have. I called the company and was told to go to a Metro store to bring my ID and I'll get my code ??? I went to Chi Chester by the karate place she couldn't help me like it was something out of this world, had No Clue, and then I went to the Brookhaven store same thing happened. Now in the back of my mind I kept thinking about the store in Claymont that always has helped me. So after a bit I brought it to the Metro store in Claymont the guy had No Problem went on my account and BAM I have my phone infact my phone locked up on me again and when I went back to him he had No Problem unlocking my phone again Plus he wrote down my code in case it happens again. Now he's a professional knows what he's doing and I didn't even get charged I would've gladly paid. Really Nice and Helpful. Thank you ?”
