“Since recently moving to Delaware this has become one of my favorite stores. All my cosmetics needs, some clothing and houseware items all come from here! Even the cashier's know me now I am here so much. Lol. I always have pleasant conversations with them. And it's only a short drive from my house. Love it!”
“I am saying this to say this. You walk into the store to purchase one item and when you get to the register you have at least 10 items or more. Yes it's that type of store that gets your wallet and credit card and ????”
“Outstanding selection of quality merchandise. Fresh and frozen food section. Clothing for all ages and sizes. Huge makeup/ home goods sections. On site Starbucks. Large pet food/pet care section. Very reasonable prices. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Mediocre wait times at checkout lanes, depending on day of week and time of day. Open every day. Reasonable return policy. Convenient location. Outstanding parking lot size with innumerable open spots anytime of day. On-site pharmacy.”
“5 stars for the service that the employees provide. Especially Anita and Sabina . The exchange doesn't have as much as a few years ago but with that said , if people , our military members both active , reserve and civilian would shop there more instead of going to Walmart and the big box stores for everything then maybe, just maybe then they would have more of what people run off base for . They did at one time have pretty much everything a person would want . They can only stock what sells so I'm asking you , my military family , try the exchange first . More business they get will relate to more products carried eventually. Base leaders , both Officers and NCOs , set the example , shop here . The BX is here for all of us.”
“Jerome Dr. store needs more vegan items like the HEB in Texas has. The big photo is vegan cheeses available at an HEB in San Antonio, Texas (all those items are vegan options) while the tiny photo is the Walmart on Jerome Drive in Delaware. Update 11/10/2025 - all prices too expensive. Update 02/01/2026 - prices still need to come down.”
“Always a pleasure shopping at Kohl's. This trip, late evening, the store was a bit untidy and very few staff. No lines, and cashier was very attentive. Kohl's... you need more associates.”

“Shopped at the JC Penney at the Dover, DE mall on Tuesday, August 12. Purchased a gold chain. Good selection, reasonable prices. Sheila, our salesperson, was wonderful. Pleasant, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. Made the transaction easy & hassle-free. Penney's (and Sheila) will be our first choice for buying jewelry.”

“Great store but why do I feel like I’m in a horror movie when I need to go to the bathroom? I had to ask how to get to the bathroom because there’s only one area to get to it. At least they had a cute Hello Kitty shirt. The signs are in English and Spanish which is great, something I haven’t really seen anywhere else at that scale.”

“People sure are expecting a lot out of JC Pennys...Sheesh. I had some pictures taken today with my fussy cat. The photographer was Karlyn and she was very patient and lovely. She actually wanted to take more pictures but I was getting hot and my cat was getting grumpy so I cut it short. The pictures came out just lovely nonetheless. Thank you!!!”

“Enjoy the variety of the store. Always try to stop there when we are in the area. (We are about three hours away.) Disappointed to see that the clearance room upstairs is much smaller now and mostly only shoes.”
