“These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. “Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”

“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

“Often overlooked by homeowners but should be considered when starting larger projects. The price per foot on things like wood siding & cedar trim boards are great. They always seem to have oddball lumber items in stock. I like going here not just for the prices, but also because when you place an order you deal with 2 people over the course of your project. Not 7 like the box stores. The restroom adlib is probably the best part.”
“I went in with a completely self-made problem, and they went above and beyond to try to help me solve it. While there I price compared a gallon of stain against Home Depot, and found it was a few dollars cheaper.”
“I like to shop local where I can and support small family businesses. I frequent this location often for everything from shovels to paint to screws. They carry top tier power equipment and grills. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!
Please note that local businesses cannot always compete with the pricing paradigm of big box stores (the lower rated reviews re: pricing are unfair in my opinion). However, you’ll often find items on sale at this location and I find most prices are pretty competitive. So happy we have a great hardware store near the borough!”
“I spend a lot of time here. The staff is great and I get a lot of useful help. I am definitely a regular so I have gotten to know some of these people well. It's a smaller Home Depot, but still has a decent selection. I don't usually wait long to checkout, sometimes there is a line for returns. This location has helped me a lot.”

They other supply stores are over priced on items you can buy at a trade specific store. We will leave it at that. Ferguson offers excellent pricing on all their products.Best overall, the customer service was excellent. I called, they had all the pieces as promised.
