“On or about September 29, 2025, I pre-ordered the I-phone 17 Pro. I met the area manager, Brian, as well Dylan and Cliff, on this day. The phone was anticipated to arrive in a week. It was delayed however.
Whenever I arrived, staff were extremely accommodating. I took my new IPad early and store manager, Cliff, was extremely knowledgeable when I had issues with cellular data setup prior to a trip on Amtrak.
I later returned to town to be told my phone had yet to arrive and met Andrea. Miss Andrea apologized and assisted me with a phone charger issue.
Upon arrival of my phone, Miss Renee was in training with Dylan, who for whatever reason became my favorite AT&T employee for his very calm demeanor. Dylan appears to try and problem solve all matters without asking for assistance and is proactive over an employee who’d prefer customers leave. The young man is extremely honest in a world full of liars.
Renee exudes a natural smiling energy that can’t be included in her training packet. I hope she goes far with the company without knowing much about her future work ethic. But I’m a fairly good judge of character. Keep up the great work team and everyone deserves a raise Mr. Brian. I’m very satisfied to choose this store over ones in other locations.”
