“Ahlyssa was great and really knows how to multi task. I literally watched her take care of three phone activations and trade in within 20 minutes and still was able to make sure my technical support needs where met. To the district manager I can say you should do better on making sure this young lady has help within the store because of safety reasons she shouldn't be the only person operating as multiple people and closing on her own. Thats something I've observed by being in sales myself over the yrs.”

“The guy behind the register was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped transfer all my info and my notes which are really important to me. the reason i had to take off a star is because they never seem to have the higher end samsung phones in store. ive gone three different times for the s25”
