“I took my 2023 Harley Road Glide to get two speakers and an amp installed. Steve was awesome getting me what i was looking for. Great communication during the install when there was an issue with it fitting in the fairing. They even made a custom bracket to hide it under a side cover so it wouldn't take up space in the saddlebag. Great install and the bike sounds great. I'll be going back for the lids to get done.”
“My husband and I recently decided to retire our 2008 Subaru Outback. We visited Ourisman Subaru in Newark, Delaware and met Laura Hart-Siano. She sat us down and picked our brains about all things Subaru, making lists and explaining in graphic detail (yes, she literally drew a chart from memory) of the different features in each of the Outback models. During our first test drive of a 2025 Outback, Laura demonstrated how to operate the more “modern” features of the vehicle. In addition to her depth of knowledge, she was so pleasant, alleviating the stress of buying a new car. She’s a skilled listener and a fair negotiator. “After a horrible experience with trying to get the body of my truck repaired through another business. Randy did the work and it turned on pretty good . Only concern I had, is not letting me know before or at the time of install my aftermarket part would /had caused a cosmetic defect (crooked and distinct gapping between fender and hood) so I could possibly opt to order OEM. Didn’t notice it until later that day. Will talk with him and update review”

“First of all they do great work. I brought my e300 in dec 2023 to moppart after my wife got into a car accident. They called the rental company and had them pick me up at the shop. I left my holiday pen by accident and the guy at the front desk assured me that he will have it when i pick up my car. (He did). Also, they called with updates all the time. Very nice and honest. The car came out nice and they guaranteed that any problems they will fix. Also, geico tried to send them extra money. Moppart then called me and stated that this money belonged to me and they was already paid off. Most companies would have just took the money. Five stars is not enough for this company.”
“I came in because my battery died twice in one day and I suspected it was toast. Ben helped me, confirmed that it was in fact, real dead, and helped me with deciding on a new battery. What I was really impressed with was the time and care he took putting the new one in for me. He explained what he was doing and what to look out for since I'd had corrosion on the last one. He was very thorough in making sure he replaced rusted out screws etc for me and treating the new battery to resist the corrosion. I really appreciated his work, and that he didn't try to sell me on some top level battery that I didn't need! Next time I need something I'll definitely come back to this store.”
