“This place is nice but I usually get the 3pc chicken tenders and when I ordered them today, they were completely different from the ones I had like literally a few days ago. The ones I got today seemed more like chicken patties meant for a sandwich. I wouldn’t be complaining but the quality of the meat wasn’t nearly as good as the normal chicken tenders and I didn’t really like it. I wish they would have told me or something before they cooked it.”

“I had an amazing experience with this Royal Farms location today! The customer service was top-notch. Jasmine always has a friendly smile and is willing to help! Jaleesa had superior customer service skills at the register, and extremely personable and sweet…Not to mention, Greg was super nice at the deli counter! Everyone was awesome! The products I bought exceeded my expectations also. I highly recommend this Royal Farms to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.”

“I just went onto this website to check into guidelines on what latest COVID vac. to book and when in relation take it to my flu shot and saw the reviews section. I thought I should leave one to comment on the excellent care I receive and was astounded there was negative reviews. I have been fortunate to have found this Rite Aid at Polly Drummond.I pass by 2 other Rite Aids to work with Ben (Pharmacist and Hana also in the Pharmacy. My insurance had me (+/or) y grandchildren) going to Walgreens or CVS and sometimes more than 1 at the same time) to fill our multitude of medications. We also have a many OTC meds we are required to take (Salt tabs for POTS, Colace, Metamucil, and MANY, MANY more). I remain at this Rite Aid because of Ben and Hana! They help me work with the insurance companies and their outrageous rules (prior auth every 6 monthe this year when it was every year before.Then rules changed as they turn different ages from 18 to 21 with the insurance companies. They are so patient, kind, helpful and caring and try to guide me. i have 3 special needs grandchildren that are amazing and they recognize them by name and always ask about them.”

“Gas and convenience store. It can get busy with lots of cars, and the intersection it's near has a lot of traffic.
Avoid at late nights due to crime rate, but I've never had an issue during the day.
Employees are nice and helpful”

“It seems weird to get the best Halal food from a gas station, but this is THE BEST Halal food in Newark. Their lamb over rice would beat out most of the food carts in Philly, and their gyro is the biggest I've seen. The prices are fair, especially for what you get. I am definitely a life-long customer, as long as I am in the area.”

“Very convenient location right off of 95. Also, it seems to be the cheapest Shell around. I just realized Shell seems to still be doing the cheaper premium gas on Thursdays, (I think it's $.10 off/gallon?) because Premium & Midgrade are the same price. Nice & Bright at night time, I feel safe at this location. Also, there is pumps big enough for 18 wheelers without being cramped.”

“While I dislike that the pharmacy hours were shortened during COVID I have found the entire pharmacy staff and all the Suburban Plaza Walgreens associates to be helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to see more variety in the vitamin/ supplement, per food and human food sections. Being so close to a grocery and a pet store I understand but one stop shopping is a nice alternative if the prices are reasonable...just a thought.”
“The only real issue with this Walgreens can be a long wait to checkout which is fueled by corporate refusing to use self checkout, and employees being stretched thin on the schedule, again a corporate issue.
The customers are pretty rude here, i’ve waited in line multiple times because someone is struggling to use a debit card or type a correct phone number in, but will be the first to complain when an employee isn’t running to the register to ring them up in the first 5 seconds of standing there. The employees don’t wanna talk to you, pharmacy and all; if you see a bad review here take it with a grain of salt, because the customer base is mostly old cranky cigarette smokers who refuse to believe a minimum wage employee won’t break they’re back for them.”
