“They are the best!! I feel so lucky that i found them, before I start IVF with them I had 3 miscarriages, i was so sad and desperate, now my baby boy will be 6 month old next week:) 1- the office is super nice, and they have blood test office right there, so you dont have to go labcorp or anther place to get blood test. 2-All the staff ( from front desk to nurses to doctors)are super nice and professional .3- I was really impatient and cranky, i wish i can just be pregnant next day and have a baby right away, they are so efficient with all the steps and communication, I always get reply from them so fast so i never get anxious waiting answers from them. They also treated my endometriosis, and Dr. Wendy J. Schillings was my doctor. i cant think of one negative thing about this place so far. Just want to say thanks to all the staff there, Im really happy now! Thank you RAD!”

“I entered the office and was immediatley greeted abd helped. I am currently uninsured and learned about this resource from my Dr. office. I was able to view prices online prior to my walk in appt. My service was quick and personable. I filled out standard hisyory paperwork and was asked about medications. Overall very pleasant professional experience. Not only will I continue to use them but will send others.”

“It's crazy I'm seeing so much bad reviews but I've been going to this place off and on since I had surgery or doctor appointments and they've been nothing but nice and respectful and I never had a problem with appointments or walk-ins and some people in this world like to make things up every person you have in there that works keep them because I don't have one complaint about any person in there cuz I never ever had a problem everyone is nice and there's one person that deals with me and always gets my blood everybody's good in there something about her she just gets it on the first try she's amazing but everybody that works there is please keep them and understand that they are amazing and they are working people all this negative y'all here on here not true cuz I went to this place plenty of times never had a problem so peace love respect thanks for all y'all do and keep up the good work... “After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about going there. Since my doctor recommended them, I figured I would give it a try. They are wonderful! The NP is very caring and listens to what you are saying. The office staff is terrific and very accommodating. I needed to arrive at a later time for my study and they made the necessary arrangements, so I did not have to reschedule. I would highly recommend!”

“I love the location; it's in the walkable center of Newark and easy to access. The staff here are also great. I am squeamish with needles and can have trouble with passing out sometimes, especially if I have to fast before a blood draw, but the technician here was reassuring and helped me to be 100% fine. There was also an issue with cost for one of my wife's test and the front-desk staff were super helpful. There were a few other people here when we got here, but this place was operating efficiently and there was little wait, and we were able to go right when our scheduled appointments were or even slightly earlier. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is, and I think this is probably a Labcorp-wide issue, if a doctor orders a series of tests, and you get up and realize one of them is going to be very expensive so you don't want it, it is very difficult to remove individual tests. It is time-consuming for the desk staff and also not practical. What I would prefer in this case were that the costs of the tests were itemized and presented to the patient at the time of the appointment, and then you could choose to remove individual tests based on cost. So hopefully they can address this issue in the future and lead to a better patient experience. It is very important for the patient to be able to itemize costs nowadays because cost is a key factor in whether or not to get certain tests. Some might be worth it if they're cheap, but not if they're expensive.”

Nobody likes having to go to medical offices... but I suppose most people only leave reviews if they had a bad experience. I found this Labcorp to be just fine!”

“My visit to Quest was great. I arrived a few minutes before my appt time and was quickly taken to check in, blood drawn ( even though sometimes my veins and blood do not cooperate, they easily, quickly and painlessly succeeded and on my way to work I went.”
