“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”

“HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”

“A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“The Main St Tmobile energy is great! I came into the store to pay my bill and get information about getting my phone fixed. The Assistance manager Jada helped me with this process, she was nice, attentive and the whole interaction was relatively quick. I hate sitting in stores to long so the fact that I was in and out along with me getting the necessary help I needed... I just had to come on here and leave a review and say the customer service was great and if she's there assisting me ill always come back.”
“I just purchased x4 pla filament (silk and sparkle) from Printed Solid. I’ve tried about a dozen other companies. Some of those were mediocre, some were beautiful -however the two equally amazing TOP brands in my opinion are Printed Solid and Matterhackers. I can honestly say that Printed Solid filament is on par with Matter Hacker. Printed Solid filament is beautiful- with the rainbow PLA the transition is nice and smooth, the colors are stunning -and true to as described. The packaging is airtight and bubble wrapped, shipping was fast from Delaware to Washington State. I was so ecstatic to find another company as great and reliable as Matter Hacker but with more filament options in color ranges. I am so impressed and so HAPPY! Thank you for providing such exceptional service and such a high quality product. I will definitely be purchasing more filament from you down the road. ????? ??”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. Highly recommend these guys!”

“I always love this 711 but the last 2 days there was this very nice lady named Christine there advertising the new instore made cookies ,and new coffee machines, She was also giving out samples. She was the most friendly, professional and sweet person. She had such a great attitude and you could tell how excited and happy she was. I loved every bit of her energy.
