Then I ran into Nicole and she was such a major help and basically the only reason my phone turned on. She was so smart she thought what nobody else did and she put my phone on the fast charger and it turned on it took a while but it turned on. I appreciate Nicole so much thank you Nicole!!!!”

Stephens exceptional customer service skills help me every step of the way to be able to get a 17 Pro Max for my grandson for a Christmas gift And he also helped me with getting an iPhone 17 Pro for myself. End results, I got to add five channels to my streaming, and he made sure that my grandson‘s phone was up and running before we left the store. He also lowered the cost of cable bill and phone bill.
