“Nicole was absolutely great today, best team player on your squad hands down she has my up most respect, my phone would not cut on at all an I was completely hopeless. Then I ran into Nicole and she was such a major help and basically the only reason my phone turned on. “I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”

“I went into the store for a black Friday sale on the iPhone 17. I met with an associate in the store, whose name was Stephen Harvey. Stephens exceptional customer service skills help me every step of the way to be able to get a 17 Pro Max for my grandson for a Christmas gift And he also helped me with getting an iPhone 17 Pro for myself. End results, I got to add five channels to my streaming, and he made sure that my grandson‘s phone was up and running before we left the store. He also lowered the cost of cable bill and phone bill. I’m not only give a five star rating. I gave Steven Harvey a five star rating for his customer service skills. Thank you, Steven and have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!”

“Deangelo at the Altamonte Springs location was professional and attentive. I called to see if he could help us remove a piece of the charger that broke off in my son’s iPad and was stuck. He said sure bring it up and I will take a look at it. We only waited a few minutes and he had it out in seconds. Thank you Deangelo!! We will definitely be back if anything else breaks.”
