She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”

“I went into the store for a black Friday sale on the iPhone 17. I met with an associate in the store, whose name was Stephen Harvey. Stephens exceptional customer service skills help me every step of the way to be able to get a 17 Pro Max for my grandson for a Christmas gift And he also helped me with getting an iPhone 17 Pro for myself. End results, I got to add five channels to my streaming, and he made sure that my grandson‘s phone was up and running before we left the store. He also lowered the cost of cable bill and phone bill.
