“So I have recently switched to Metro PCS. This store is beyond the greatest here in Apopka. I went to another store by sunnys BBQ to add my daughter on to my account and they told me it was going to be $150.00 to add her on to my account which I found to be ridiculous. So I called another store to see what the price was with them. I ended up spending $150.00 but I got a new phone and 3 tablets for my younger kids. as well as a case and screen protector for my kids phone. At the end of the day this store goes above and beyond what they should have done to assist me. I would recommend them to anyone that has metro”

“Took my grandparents here for the first time and they absolutely loved it mg grandma was shocked at everything they carried in the store. My grandfathers favorite part was sitting down while my grandmother went through every single isle. . They are not sams club members but after I took them they are excited about becoming one. They couldn't believe the prices on the items and grabbed everything they needed in bulk.”
“I turned in my modem for cable because I only need the Internet cuz I have a smart TV it's the beginning of the month and they couldn't prorate it so for the month of November I have to pay $171 talk about a rip off but supposedly my bills only going to be 60 for just the internet they come and get you every which way they can they charge me $20 a month for 5 years for a phone that I never use talk about a scam. But the gentleman that took my equipment was very nice and they gave me a receipt so I better not get charged for equipment because I'll take that receipt right up there and ask for a supervisor.”

“We had a screen repaired here many years ago and had a great experience. Well, all of a sudden yesterday, we couldn't get a charging cord to plug into the charging port on our daughter's iPad. I called to make sure that they serviced iPads and they were really friendly on the phone, told me to bring it in. They had suspected what the cause was, and sure enough (thankfully) it was an easy fix. Vladimir provided excellent customer service and fixed the problem very quickly. They are also conveniently located and the store is bright, clean and welcoming. We definitely recommend Cell Bros!”
