“Great Customer Service at the UPS Store located at 14286 Beach Boulevard. Wasn’t sure what I was doing returning my first Amazon package, but the owner made it easy for me. Thanks! The UPS store is easy to find. It’s in the plaza where Church 11/22 is off Beach Blvd and San Pablo in the back of the plaza. I would highly recommend!!!”
“I was well informed on status of the delivery date and time frame. The delivery was quick - delivered early without issues. I received a call notifying of the time of arrival (they arrived 10 minutes early). Very happy with the notification, tracking and delivery process. Professional crew and best customer service.”

Went to this tech support and Evan was able to provide us what we needed for this computer plus and additional computer purchased since. Evan answered all our questions and was able to download a Media Player required to view a slideshow recently sent for Mother's Day. Outstanding support! Thank you very much. “Overall this a good UPS store to use. The store is clean and they always open on time on the occasions I’ve visited early. Most of the staff are really polite and helpful but occasionally you’ll get a staff person who looks really inconvenienced to be there.”
“The clerks and management try their best to please every customer and ensure their problems are solved and resolved promptly. It’s up to us customers to not have nasty attitudes about the mail/packages or other issues because they can only try to help us. They’re not magical mail gods. You’ll need the information to help them help you. No they cannot track a stamp. No they can’t track your package by looking up your address. No having an attitude or yelling at them is going to make them help you faster. We as the customer also have to make helping them easy instead of believing you’re the only person in the world mailing something out. There are millions of mailing mailing something out of course the mail maybe delayed. Just be conscious of how you treat the people who only try to help you”

“A few years ago this place had a pretty mixed reputation, due mostly to the owners unique ability to be either very kind or somewhat surly. Today, the staff is unfailingly welcoming and helpful.
I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes even when there are several people in line. Although the post office is usually option, the wait there is much longer regardless of how many people are in line and you have to work really hard to get a kind word or a smile even from the unfailingly surly nearby Mayport Road post office staff.
They have self-service personal mailboxes, paper shredding, packaging, computers and printing.”
