“Tracking so-so, knew the day it was coming but not the time frame period and got a phone call it was here so we waited around a lot of extra time. That being said the delivery guy was amazing. Very helpful went beyond duty. I loaded us to some damage to the box We took some picture that was okay and he took the extra time to place it actually in our garage. Very nice and helpful person made the whole thing a good experience”

“I had an excellent experience at FedEx! I work for Mayo Clinic and needed printing completed quickly, and everything was ready the very same day. When I went in to ship the printed materials along with several other items, Kathy, the assistant manager, was absolutely amazing. She patiently helped me pack everything and made the entire process so easy, even though I had both of my children with me. Kathy is genuinely kind, patient, and helpful—she truly made my day! I will definitely return to her for all my future printing and shipping needs. She is the best!”

“I had to go and find an old school phone charger plug for my 82-year-old mother who had fallen and broken her hip. She needed something to charge her phone and the salesperson who was there literally worked two different customers at the same time without making neither one of us feel put out that he was multitasking. It had been a rough day and his simple act of multitasking and getting me out of the store quickly made my day a little better.”

“I dropped off a pre-labeled package here and it was fine. You need to go inside to the photo lab and give it to a staff member to scan. They didn’t provide a receipt and I didn’t get a notification of the drop off so I was a bit worried. It took a whole day for the package to start tracking and it arrived fine.”

“Max provided excellent service, and the other staff member was also very helpful. He resized my file to ensure correct printing, offered helpful guidance, answered all questions efficiently, and even opened earlier than scheduled hours to assist. This is a convenient location for printing, cutting, and self-service needs. I was not aware there was a print center located inside the Marriott at TPC Sawgrass. It is well worth visiting for any printing needs, and there is also a Starbucks nearby as an added convenience. They have self-printing and computers too.”

“Every time I go into this UPS store, Carlos has helped me. I have to say he is so calm and knowledgeable. That’s a young lady that works there as well. Usually when Carlos is there and she is also very hopeful. The only thing I don’t like about this UPS store is the 24 characters you have to use simply to send something to your printer.”
