“Last time I was at this Target, I went to check some granola options and they had a great variety of them. I used to remember Nature Valley being the only granola brand on the shelves many years ago...and there was only one or two flavors to choose from. Now, there are many many more brands and many more fun flavors. For example, I saw this Birthday Cake Granola with sprinkles...how fun....of course not as healthy as the pure granola, but still a fun way to dress my cereal. Love the choices that Target offers its consumers....great store...”

“I apologize in advance as I cannot for the life of me remember if the representative that helped us was named Nicholas or Anthony, (we went to 2 different tmobile’s that day and spoke with a few reps) but he was very kind and originally from New Jersey. We came in to the T-Mobile store for a phone upgrade and this wonderful rep helped us. What a treat! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and patient with his explanations about the different plans/upgrades available- but after reviewing our account, he was able to pick up on the fact that the way our "family plan" was originally set up was flawed, as there is a better way available that allowed us a better plan with much better incentives. He was an absolute pleasure and T-Mobile is lucky to have him. Just the way he answered our (many!) questions with such grace and comfort gave us a great peace of mind. We'll never visit another T-Mobile store.
Keep in mind, prior to this visit we went to the T-Mobile on 163rd street near the mall and left without completing our purchase due to the lack of professional and interest by the employees. That store made us consider switching phone companies until we came across this rep and his wonderful service. Thank you!”

Everything is new, original and at an incomparable price, they have good service, the employees are very friendly and some speak Spanish (very important for Spanish-speaking tourists like me), if they do not have the product you can reserve/order it and pay in different ways to have them send it to your house later”

“I am editing this review. I went to the store yesterday and was helped to get in contact with customer service’s support number for a complicated issue. I then left, and ended up getting fraudulent activity on my account. The corporate team that I had to call to resolve this activity thought that the fraud happened from the store, which it did not. In fact, an employee at one of the Customer service lines overseas, changed my email and removed some numbers from my account, trying to hack into my account.

I came to the store after this incident, and the assistant manager helped me resolve the incident with the fraud department and customer service unfortunately, because there were so many people on my account during this issue, there was a misunderstanding that the store was at fault. The manager handled this with grace and dignity. While I can no longer give the customer support at Verizon a five star review after seven years of service because a call center employee did commit fraud, I can give this store an outstanding review for helping me to resolve this fraud. Thank you.”

“After have an issue with me drive up order, I drove back to the store to go inside to get the mistake fixed ( I get it times have changed, customer service is not what it used to be) so of course I was greeted at the customer service desk with an attitude, and refused to help rectify the mistake. So I just said okay can you pls call the manager ( I was not about to start being petty with what looked to be a teenager) the manager comes over his name was "Gemini", immediately fixes the mistake, he was polite, listened, understood exactly what I needed fixing, apologetic. MR. GEMINI Thank you, I truly appreciate you!”
