“Horrible, horrible company they have system in places to steal your money and property. The employees have no clue what they’re working on from the fact that they Sell fake items.Their policy allows them to steal money from customers and stay with property that they don’t owned. Between them and their schemes, I’m going to be serving this establishment and company for property loss. Again, they don’t call you to inform you about anything. They wait until you lose your property so they can sell it for higher price. It’s really disgusting that they’re still open. A lawsuit will be handed to them in by Monday.”

I am a 1st time customer into the Metro by T-mobile Network, I learned about the inexpensive plans for multiple lines through a close-friend of mine who has been a customer for over a decade and I must say that making the transition over to a NEW Carrier while requesting to keep an existing number from my previous carrier and using paid-in-full devices couldn't have been easier. Brandon processed everything for me, utilized all of his resources, and provided solutions that fits my personal and business needs. The location was clean and other associates were friendly and welcoming. Though this may be a new location to Miami Gardens, the talent and customer service already resides there. The next day I wanted to transfer my number and my company was giving me a hard time. I was so worried I might lose the number but edgar was so patient and did his very best to make sure it doesn't happen and it DIDNT ! I kept my number and ask for a Recommendation on what conpany i should go to THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR!! .the only reason I gave it 4 stars because edgar was by himself and the bald guy to the right when you come in didn't want to help me to see if my charging port and act as if I'm bothering him. But THANK YOU EDGAR AGAIN!!Updated..so the owner called me and was very concerned about my review and I explained to him and he explained to me what happened and all of it was a miscommunication. 5 stars!
