“I visited Lacoste with my wife, and we had an excellent experience. The team—Leroy, Peraido, and Miranda—was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in.
The atmosphere in the store was relaxed and inviting, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across a team that provides this level of customer service.

“I dont particularly enjoy going to the mall but I had to exchange a shoe size. All of rhe employees were super helpful and kind. We were debating between sizes for my child and one of their employees took the time to test and see what would work best. She was very patient and also helped when their was a technical difficulty with our return. The store has a great selection of colors and shoe sizes as well as lots of the jibbets to chose from.”

“I got the Stuart 110 Patent Leather and can’t be happier. The shoe is elegant, simple and comfortable. Gives the body a very sophisticated look. High quality material and design, best in class. The shoe doesn’t open and fits perfectly. It’s price is so fair compared to what’s in the market right now, very competitive. Ariana Lester was amazing at finding the size for me which isn’t an easy size. Customer service is aligned with luxury boutiques which is hard to find in Miami.”

Claudia approached me directly and provided recommendations on what I was looking for, having a genuine conversation with my sister while she waited on me. The visit felt very personable and I left with an amazing crossbody that happened to be hung in my dressing room. “The 4 stars goes to the manager at this store. Not necessarily the employees. The size I ordered was too small, I called the nearest store and asked if I could exchange the shoe to a 7.5 the employee on the phone said it was possible and put the shoes aside. When I’d arrived it was a whole different story, bc it was online it couldn’t be retuned but the employee I spoke with on the phone assured me they could. Then they told me I would’ve had to rebuy the shoes pay the difference and refund me later which made absolutely no sense to me. The girl who helped me genuinely did not try and luckily I was persistent and the manager was kind enough to make it work understanding I’d driven to Aventura from Miami Lakes during traffic hour. If I could give the employee a 1 star I would have, because she didn’t do anything but tell me no without even trying a thing.”
“This mall was extremely clean. It was the first thing that I noticed. I am used to an indoor mall being so clean, but Aventura Mall's cleanliness impressed me.The mall's layout was a little confusing. It felt like it would branch out down one way, that would branch out, and it would continue to branch. So that made it feel a little confusing with walking around the entire mall to see all of what it had to offer.The store selection was nice. There were familiar brands like Guess, Banana Republic, and Zara. But there were other brands that I was not familiar with like Splendid.”

“After moving a number of years ago, I’m so excited that I was able to have some time off today and get to A Step Above.
I have been shopping at Rhonda’s store for over 30 (OMG) years and there is never a time I don’t want double the amount of shoes I walked out with . Elizabeth helped today and she was lovely and knowledgeable..and not pushy (a biggie).
Definitely worth the trip to Aventura for anyone needing the BEST in shoes and sneakers ..gorgeous!!”
