“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aldo Aventura, thanks to Meliah! She was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout our entire visit. Her calm and gentle demeanor made the shopping experience so comfortable and enjoyable that we all ended up leaving with purchases because of her exceptional customer service.
What impressed me even more was how effortlessly she multitasked. While assisting us, she was also helping other customers in between, yet she remained attentive, patient, and welcoming to everyone. She truly went above and beyond to make sure each customer felt valued.

“Shoutout to Brittny at the Aventura Mall location for completely saving the day! I came in on a tight deadline right before my trip, desperately needing high-comfort walking shoes in a hard-to-find size (14/13 Wide). Brittny went completely above and beyond—bringing me multiple shoes to get the right fit, along with respecting my desired budget. I had no idea there was an EXTRA wide fit. Incredible customer service and a total asset to the team. Thanks to her, my feet are ready for a 20,000-step birthday trip at the Universal Orlando parks.”

“I dont particularly enjoy going to the mall but I had to exchange a shoe size. All of rhe employees were super helpful and kind. We were debating between sizes for my child and one of their employees took the time to test and see what would work best. She was very patient and also helped when their was a technical difficulty with our return. The store has a great selection of colors and shoe sizes as well as lots of the jibbets to chose from.”
“I got the Stuart 110 Patent Leather and can’t be happier. The shoe is elegant, simple and comfortable. Gives the body a very sophisticated look. High quality material and design, best in class. The shoe doesn’t open and fits perfectly. It’s price is so fair compared to what’s in the market right now, very competitive. Ariana Lester was amazing at finding the size for me which isn’t an easy size. Customer service is aligned with luxury boutiques which is hard to find in Miami.”

“We walked in to an empty store but were greeted with amazing customer service by the team! Claudia approached me directly and provided recommendations on what I was looking for, having a genuine conversation with my sister while she waited on me. The visit felt very personable and I left with an amazing crossbody that happened to be hung in my dressing room. Overall, the service from Claudia, the nice girl with short brown hair and glasses, and the guy with blonde hair were AMAZING. Please keep up the great work, plan to return when back in the area.”

“The 4 stars goes to the manager at this store. Not necessarily the employees. The size I ordered was too small, I called the nearest store and asked if I could exchange the shoe to a 7.5 the employee on the phone said it was possible and put the shoes aside. When I’d arrived it was a whole different story, bc it was online it couldn’t be retuned but the employee I spoke with on the phone assured me they could. Then they told me I would’ve had to rebuy the shoes pay the difference and refund me later which made absolutely no sense to me. The girl who helped me genuinely did not try and luckily I was persistent and the manager was kind enough to make it work understanding I’d driven to Aventura from Miami Lakes during traffic hour. If I could give the employee a 1 star I would have, because she didn’t do anything but tell me no without even trying a thing.”

I have been shopping at Rhonda’s store for over 30 (OMG) years and there is never a time I don’t want double the amount of shoes I walked out with . Elizabeth helped today and she was lovely and knowledgeable..and not pushy (a biggie).
