“I went to Adams & Sons for a second opinion after a dealer told me I need thousands of dollars in repairs. The staff (especially Bill) was very nice and explained things in a way I could understand. After inspecting the vehicle they found that I did not need most of what the dealership said I did. Bill even took me out into the shop and showed me each thing they said I needed and was able to explain and show why I didnt need them. They did an alignment on my vehicle and gave me a print out showing what was out and then showing everything is set to factory specification. I highly recommend Adams & Sons for their honesty and integrity.”

I told Mark that I had looked up 2025 equinox road noise in line and there was a recording of the exact road noise I have with my car. It said to call dealer and take in and it needed a noise cancellation system and radio reprogram. It worked”

“Expensive but efficient! And they won't do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric that's another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and there's plenty of windows so you can check your car.”
“While driving my 3 kids home from school, I realized my tire had gone flat and pulled off the road immediately. While calling for someone to come help me, I realized I had actually pulled into the parking lot of this tire shop. I walked over and asked for help. The guy working was super nice and quickly got me a new tire put on my car for a very low price. Very thankful to this shop for helping this mama in need quickly.”
“Luis was extremely helpful, professional and courteous! We had a tire issue and are from Tennessee. He got us right in at 7 am. He evaluated the tire and rather than trying to sell us a whole set of tires (which he could have done!), he removed the offending rock from the tread. He even already had the spare tire ready to install, but since it wasn’t needed, he cheerfully put the spare back into the bracket and wished us well! If we lived here in Bartow, this would be our go-to place for tires and auto care! The honesty and true customer service went way above and beyond our expectations!”
