“Every time I go through the drive-thru they actually get you in and out fairly quick. The people are really nice and never really had an issue. Every time I've had to go inside they actually are all very nice. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and get whatever I need done done. Definitely a good Branch to go to 10/10 ?”

“This branch was absolutely awesome. The branch is impeccably maintained and clean. I went here to open an additional checking account and attain an auto loan. These tasks were seamless and coming here does give you that hometown feeling. If you're the type who cares about masks and such they do have signs posted as well. The branch manager is very friendly as well. Definitely a great experience here.”

“I recently needed to open an estate account. After trying several banks in Winter Haven and Bartow, I went to South State Bank in Bartow (Winter Haven branch was useless). I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. She was wonderful! We went through all the documents I had, she let me know what I still needed, scanned what she could and waited until I was able to get the rest of the items.
