“I just took my truck to The Bubbly Bull carwash off of Bruce B. Downs for the 1st time. When I pulled in, there was only 1 other truck there and they have 4 bays total. I like to wash my vehicles myself to get them cleaner. They have everything you need there. You can pay with coins or by card. I used the power wash brush and the power rinse pressure washer. Easy setup and everything reaches just fine around the whole vehicle. I spent maybe about 10 min washing my truck and it only costed me $6. Not bad at all. You can spend as much time as you want, it will just charge you for the amount of time you spend. And didn't have other cars waiting for me either. Great experience!”

“Well… long story short they were trying their best to make sure that I was satisfied.
Sometimes when we are working, we only have so much leeway in the processes that we are given to work within. With that said getting the rental the manager Christopher, and I believe the other guy was Allan were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. When I return, the car Maygila was persistent and wanting to know what they needed to do to make my next rental with them & to do better.
So here’s a little story I’d like to tell about the third car rental didn’t start off very well.
My shuttle pick up was about 30min late.
When I’m told it will only be a few minutes. I did not expect to wait for an hour for a car. Just to be told that there would be an extra $300 deposit on top of what I was quoted for the rental from the rental call center nor any employee acknowledged before me getting ready to sign and get in the car.
If you are paying with a debit card, you must have other documentation with you such as a utility bill or bank statement to prove who you are and your address? That’s what I understand from listening to another renter trying to get his vehicle while I waited.
This ended up making me miss a day of work because the job has sent money beforehand according to what I was quoted.
Upon the second day to rent the car, then there was a payment issue, and the staff worked that out with me and I am very grateful. As I was beyond stressed, trying to get to work.
The first car had a smell of weed so strong when I opened the door I immediately got a headache. The outside of the car looked like it had been under a tree for weeks with the sap and leaves that were on the car. This car was not clean. I needed a working car, however, even if I was not going on a work trip, I still would not have taken that car. So I was immediately switched to another car.
I explained Maygila as my Shuttle driver home. It would be a extra step but a very big thing for an employee to walk the customer through a car. This is because we are at a time where gas is turning into hybrid and into electric cars. Not everyone knows how to operate them, plus if they needed help setting up their phones, they would appreciate it after all they had gone through to get the car and they would have more peace about being in the car and less frustrated.
I know it would take more time but giving customers peace of mind and feeling special goes a long way. This way the renter is not further aggravated that the car isn’t set up.
My issue was the car was brought around and I could not figure out why I could not start the car! The car was a hybrid and literally makes no sound. It was already on “I think”. So after 15 minutes embarrassingly enough as I got out the car to go ask someone please show me how to turn the car on, the car started beeping meaning, the fob was out of the car and the car was turned on. Now I know how to work a hybrid car took me 15 minutes by myself nevertheless. I know I would have totally freaked out had I somehow got in the car to drive off. Went somewhere turned it off and felt like I couldn’t get the car to start. I know I would’ve been in a panic.
If I didn’t know how to set up my phone in the car, it would’ve been nice to have someone help me with that.
I do understand that the staff is always trying to get out rentals as fast as possible and receive cars and get them clean to get them back out in the most expeditious manner. But these were just my thoughts that I shared with Maygila on my shuttle ride back home.
