Sent the type of boat I was interested in to Miste and she told me the value of the boat and what the bank would loan me. I told her I was going to purchase it and within an hour the check was available for me to pick up at any branch of my choice. Amazingly simple process.”

“We left PNC Bank and went to ServisFirst as many of our small business owner friends recommended them. The staff is extremely friendly and very easy to work with. (And I mean all of them!) They don't hold our high dollar checks and the online and app user face is easy to navigate. The only downside, in my opinion, is the required minimum balance of $2,000 for business accounts. It's painful but know it's good as it forces us to be better managers of our spending and stay on top of collecting from our clients.”

“I put $950 dollars in atm 8/4 and it said it was out of order and printed out a receipt saying couldn’t return my money call my Financial institution, So I did that day and have went into the branch and called many times with no resolution or returning of my money. They called me three times asking me the same amount in the same question.They would just tell me that they’re opening an investigation, even though I already have one and started one 7 times.I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t give my money back and really felt like my own bank robbed me.Ive been a member a really long time and have brought over 20 people to this bank, so it really hurt me that this happened from them.This was my bill money and was just getting the run around, they would even tell me that the ATM was over, but still wasn’t Returning my money today is 8/29 almost a month later and I go in the bank to see what is taking so long and why they’re not returning my Money.I spoke with Lori at the branch And she really helped me a lot and was upset too, that it took this long for me to get my money.She went and spoke to the manager and came back and told me that my money was returned Into my account. She really was on it and I appreciate her so much Because I don’t know if it would’ve been done without her.”

“I LOVEEEE THIS PLACE!! I was in a really bad situation and everyone there was so helpful!! Wendy, Patty, Sharon and Randy- everyone was so kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to get my check verified and cashed for me! Google hasn't updated their hours but they are opened Mon.-Fri from 9am-6pm AND Sat. 10am-4pm which is fantastic because its a little past the bank hours! They offer Moneygram sending(within the U.S.)and they offer money orders as well. Notary services, fax, copies etc and they sell single and books of stamps- THEY ARE SERIOUSLY YOUR ONE STOP SHOP! They require check verification but hey, they are cashing YOUR check! They should verify it! What are you waiting on? GO BY AND SEE EM'! THERE'S NO HOLD ON YOUR CHECK THERE- GO IN AND LEAVE WITH YOUR CASH!!”
