Brad, manager of the Winter Park store, took the time to troubleshoot, and along with one of the store technicians, found a way to resolve the issue. “Maria helped me in when I really needed to find new bolts and fasteners and took the time even though it wasn't her department. She went above and beyond for me and derves a pay raise! What seemed impossible to find she made super simple and took the time to make sure the bolts and fasteners matched my original and would work at the same length even though they didn't carry the correct length. “I've always found the employees and management here to be very courteous and helpful. Today was no exception.
I wasn't sure how to exchange my propane tanks at the self service kiosk, so I went in to ask for help. A gentleman noticed I was carrying my two tanks for exchange. He said I could leave them by the door. I just needed to pay for the exchange first and the cashier would give me the authorization code to exchange them at the outside self service kiosk.
The cashier pointed out the authorization code and said I could use the code twice for both exchanges. I went to the kiosk, typed in the code and a door opened to insert the empty tank. I put the tank in, closed the door and I second door opened within 30 seconds, and I took out a full tank. I followed the same process for the second tank.
As of January 2026, tank exchanges are $22.74 each, limited to two tanks. If you need propane for the cold weather coming up, this is the place to go!”
“Home Depot have built an iconic brand by being a hardware store on steroids. If you need something, odds are Home Depot will have it. The store, as all Home Depots are, is huge. Within those walls has everything for your home projects. The staff is helpful and professional and are able to assist you. All in all, I give it four stars.”
“On February 16th, I visited the store to purchase flooring materials. The associate in that department instructed us to wait, as he did not return to assist. Consequently, we decided to notify a manager for further assistance. We informed Ron, the store manager on duty, that we had been advised to wait despite the store not being busy.
Ron and Glory responded promptly and effectively addressed our customer service needs by providing excellent assistance.”

“I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s. Angelica, the manager, was incredibly kind and understanding and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. Her professionalism and customer care really stood out.
Rick went completely above and beyond by helping me load 21 fifty-five-pound paving stones and 15 bags of gravel from the back onto my truck. That was a huge help and very much appreciated. TT also jumped right in by grabbing Angelica right away—no questions asked—which shows how well the team works together.
