“Every time that I go to this particular UPS store the employees are extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Today I went in with probably the biggest pack of Amazon returns that these guys have ever seen and they were nothing but patient and helpful. Jhaden and Patrick worked super quickly to make sure that all my returns were processed quickly, but also with care. Thank you guys for going out of your way to be kind to me at the very last minute of store closing. You are the real MVPs for me!!!”

“I am a long time customer of the Dr. Phillips UPS store. The employees are always friendly and helpful, even when they'rebusy. I went in today to do my usual Amazon return and to my surprise they set up a self-service Amazon return area. I thought this was an excellent idea, especially today as busy as they were. Unfortunately another customer was not as thrilled as I and was verbally berating the two young men who were working. She became even more abrasive after I walked in and one of them offered to help me. These two young gentlemen were very professional and maintained their composure, I am not sure I would have been able to. I was outside the store as the customer left and she started in with me. I went back in the store to check on the boys because I was so horrified by the way they were treated. They were very busy and as customers came in I let them know about the return station and like me they were thrilled. It is a shame that these young men were persecuted for doing their job all because someone felt wrongly targeted.”

“RAVE: I cannot count the amount of times this store and their employees have saved me and my team with quick printing turn around time and high quality work!
Our print work with this store over the last year has been extensive: signs, booklets, posters, a series of 10x10ft banners on metal frames, feather flags, pull up banners, a variety of marketing items, invitations, mail-out items etc. - We’ve literally done so much work with this store and couldn’t be happier.
Any issues that have arisen(my fault or theirs) this store has QUICKLY remedied and been so so kind.
I cannot recommend this store enough for their range of print abilities, quality of work, timeliness, and amazing customer service.”

“This is my UPS Store of choice. And Ayub has always helped me with a smile on his face and a killer sense of humor. To my surprise, I was told that he doesn’t work there anymore and all of that because of 1 bad review. Big mistake as he was one of the best employees there! Bad reviews happen, and it is part of the process, but letting him go because of that, it’s not ok. Will be taking my business some place else if that’s the way you take care of your employees.”
