I had a large number of Amazon returns and visited the store twice. Ann Marie at 7862 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747 was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took her time to assist me, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. What could have been a stressful experience was smooth and easy because of her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude.
It's not often that you come across someone who is genuinely thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I truly appreciated her help and wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves.

My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.

“UPS in Doctor Phillips provided amazing service. I needed to send a package and it's the first time I went to a UPS. Staff is super friendly, provided information with cost and different box sizes. They handled everything from taping it up, labeling the address. Item arrived quickly even though I did select no rush needed. I'm very appreciative of UPS Dr. Phillips. Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that. I am just recommending for tourists as I live here and needed just to send a standard package. Thank you UPS Staff at Dr. Phillips location. ALSO, it's next to Publix, Pizza Hut and other shops. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Thank you.”

“UPS has consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to shipping and deliveries. My packages always arrive on time, well-handled, and in great condition. I appreciate how easy it is to track shipments in real time, and the updates are always accurate.
The delivery drivers are professional, courteous, and careful when leaving packages at my door. On more than one occasion, they placed my deliveries in a safe spot to protect them from weather, which shows they care about customers.
Customer service is also excellent—when I had a question about a shipment, I reached out and received a clear and helpful response right away.
Overall, UPS is reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. I feel confident shipping with them and will continue to use their services for both personal and business needs.”

“Five Stars for Denise! I came through the store yesterday to get a resume on the fly before an interview. Denise said she had been busy but no one was there - with the 5-10 minutes in the store I quickly understood why. She single-handed took care of over a half dozen customers on all their requests. No one waited more than 2 minutes while she cranked through all their requests swiftly. It was impressive to see. She sent me out the door wishing me good luck and I just have to give full praise! I would definitely return just because of how great Denise handled things.”

“I was traveling and under significant pressure to print some important documents. I needed them immediately and was already late because I visited multiple FedEx print locations with no success. I finally arrived at this UPS location already frustrated. I had been using Ubers to go everywhere and it was already a rough day. Although when I arrived the printers were done, Evelyn, the lady working there that day, went far beyond what I expected. She didn't dismiss me or rush me off -- she listened carefully and understood the urgency of my situation and genuinely tried to help.
