“I had to sent my shipping label to the ups store and for some reason it would not receive my email even though I had tried twice Ms. zinet was kind enough to suggest the idea about airdrop it to her phone, and then from her phone screenshot it and send it herself and was able to print it. (Something I would’ve never thought of) her along with the manager went above and beyond for me. I was very pleased by their costumer service!”

“Ron’s customer service is 10/10. Helpful, kind, patient, and efficient! I never know if I need a box or bubble envelope and he was so great in helping me figure that out. Also this store is cheaper than other UPSs! For example, the UPS in Champions Gate charges $4.60 to print only 1 page (not even exaggerating) but this store is like 70¢ ish.”

“Every single gentleman working, was incredibly helpful and professional. They were all in wonderful moods, extremely articulate and pleasant. Joaquin, in particular went above and beyond the scope of his job description. He helped me with two very heavy awkward boxes that I was shipping. He took it upon himself to help tape everything up it was quite involved, and he was literally sweating and I was so grateful and he could not have been more pleasant.all the team members were nice and were welcoming even opening the door for me multiple times while my hands were full. They were efficient and completely on top of everything. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location. Well done!”

“I went to get my fingerprints done for my job. Unfortunately, I always have problems with my fingerprints no matter where I've done them. This time was no different, my fingerprints were taking a long time to process, and then I accidentally shut down the computer, and had to redo them. But Gabriel, an employee at the store, was so patient with me and so kind. He was very professional and did not even seem frustrated or exasperated by how long my fingerprints were taking. I hope the store understands what a fantastic employee they have on their hands. I wish Gabriel all the best!P.S. I did finally get my fingerprints processed with Gabriel's help. ?”

“The Staff working at this particular UPS store. Last week I went in to pick up several (8) large boxes that had been delivered there to me. IGOR was very helpful by assisting me in gathering up the package notifications and getting them all signed and my all of my packages located. While I was trying to figure out the best way to get them all out to my car, PAULO got a dolly and loaded them up and took them out to my car for me. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I have gone into the store several times since then and each time that I go in IGOR steps right up and asks me how he can help. It is obvious that IGOR is both very friendly and professional and goes out of his way to assist the customer. Today, I needed to have several copies made of an important email that I had received. Again, IGOR was more than helpful in assisting me by explaining how I could get the copies made and the cost. Once I understood and agreed, IGOR quickly and efficiently made the copies that I needed. They came out perfect! While I was there, I picked several more packages. Seeing the number and size of the packages that I had picked up, IGOR offered to carry them out to my car. I said that I was able to get the packages out to my car, but thanked IGOR for offering to help. As I was leaving the store, IGOR wished me a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
