“Matthew the manager at Cricket assisted me in the most impressive Customer Care I've ever received in a retail store. I was having a lot of issues with T-Mobile and he ported my son's number and mine. He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile. Once again, this gentleman's customer service goes above and beyond of what I have ever experienced. Cricket haves a great acet with Mr. Matthew on board.??”
