“I’ve never been to a better T-mobile store ever. The store looks old and needs a remodel, but the staff there have the best customer service. They are friendly, smart, and efficient. The two that helped me today were Gabriel and Jose. I can’t rave enough about the help I received today. I will stick with T-Mobile from now on.”

“I went to Brazil on vacation in November and added the international unlimited calling and texting plan. When I returned, my phone could only make calls to some numbers.
I called Tech Support, and three different technicians tried to help me over the phone, but none of them were able to fix the issue. After two months, I decided to go to the store.
Today I was helped by Tanya, who provided excellent customer service. However, the person who actually solved my problem was Johnny! He is a young man who asked to take a look at my phone.
The solution was SUPER SIMPLE, and none of the technical support agents had figured it out.
