My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.

“Rudy Export Orlando (even though it is located in Kissimmee) is the best consolidator and freight forwarder in the area. Prices are reasonable. They are trustworthy, and have never lost one of our packages to Venezuela. People in the warehouse are knowledgeable and courteous. You can't go wrong with them.”
“UPS in Doctor Phillips provided amazing service. I needed to send a package and it's the first time I went to a UPS. Staff is super friendly, provided information with cost and different box sizes. They handled everything from taping it up, labeling the address. Item arrived quickly even though I did select no rush needed. I'm very appreciative of UPS Dr. Phillips. Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that.
