“If you are in the area try this experience with your kids or adults. The lady who did our tour was very informative and you could tell she loved what she did! I don’t eat to ruin it for you but the tour was phenomenal! Adults can do a chocolate and wine pairing it was ok. Nothing I would do again. I was kind of bummed when the guy dropped my chocolate on the table and was going to actually give me the chocolate, but I said to him you are going to give me new chocolate right, he then did but if I didn’t say anything he would of gave me the chocolate. Other than that it was fun! We had a party of 10 and we all enjoyed it!”

“We had Gabriel as our waiter today as we celebrated Mother’s Day with my mom, myself and a very good friend of ours. He was one of the best waiters we had ever had. Very knowledgeable about everything we asked about, was very attentive to our needs and was overall a great waiter, we will definitely ask for him again during any other visits. We all loved the food we ordered, Spaghetti with Meatball, Chicken Parmesan, 2 Rigatoni D’s and the Chef KB’s Lobster Carbonara, plus Crab Cakes and Mozzarella Sticks for Appetizers. Everything was delicious and nobody went away hungry, we all had leftovers to take home.Parking: Paid parking lot, but were able to get our ticket validated by hosts so therefore it was free in the end.”

“I wish I could give six stars! We just got married at paradise cove and it was an absolute DREAM. We worked with Jasmine from the day we toured and she was phenomenal! So helpful, so kind, and so professional! She answered all of my crazy questions and helped us feel perfectly at ease. The day of went so smoothly, if anything went wrong, we sure did not know about it! Both Jasmine and her assistant coordinator Arianna were fantastic. We had not met Arianna until the day before and she was amazing. Anything we needed she was always right there! Thank you Paradise Cove for the perfect day!”

“If you’re looking to organize a team building activity, look no further! We had a group of seven and when we arrived the owner gave us a tutorials on the different types of things we could throw and then it was off to us to have fun! They have a bar onsite (with beer, wine and soft drinks) and everything is well maintained. Prices are great and I couldn’t recommend this more!”

“Destiny & AminaFantastic at front deskI had booked my stay at Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate for a conference several months ago, and had received a confirmation from the site from which I booked. However, when I arrived, for whatever reason, there was a different name under the same reservation number. Immediately, Amina and Destiny handled the situation with grace, persistence and professionalism. Due to the confusing situation, and their efforts in trying to rectify the situation, there was a significant wait that had transpired, while I was at the front desk. However, they were incredibly gracious, and demonstrated poise throughout the entire circumstance. I have not seen professionalism in the business sector quite like this in a long, long time. They ensured my satisfaction and even provided some additional benefits at the resort due to the inconvenience that had been experienced on my behalf. But it wasn’t these actions that impressed me or made me happy; it was their maturity in handling something that was challenging, and the way they displayed a sense of duty and responsibility in reconciling the matter.Additionally, we had family checking in later during our stay and they made extra effort to ensure their room was right next to ours. We felt like Destiny and Amina were looking out for our needs at every turn and made every effort our stay was particularly enjoyable,Anne Marie- resolved a billing issue when I was accidentally billed an extra night’s stay. She performed this graciously, efficiently, and communicated everything very clearly.This hotel is very fortunate to have such young professionals working on their staff.The only reason I gave the room a 4 is because a small issue for the bathtub faucet needed to be addressed prior to our stay. Honestly, had I asked them to address it while there, I’m sure that off of my experience with the other staff, they would’ve addressed it quickly.Food & drinks: This is the best food I’ve ever had at a convention. Lots of different varied options.”

“I was in for the Entreprenista Founder's Weekend and could not have had a nicer time.Of course the grounds are spotless, and the staff are all lovely. Everyone was so kind and helpful! It was easy enough to navigate. Incredible first impression, as I walked in and was enveloped in a floral aroma, but not the powdery type. It was beautiful.The food we had was fresh and absolutely delicious. Seasoned without tilting too far any direction, very balanced. Juices were fresh, service was swift, and we had a wonderful time! I will have to be visiting the Ritz on vacation outside of business, the next time I'm around. Fantastic experience all the way.Safety: I am a petite femme person and felt incredibly secure at all hours wherever I was on this property.Food & drinks: Fresh, delicious, seasoned, balanced. Every bite was enjoyed!Noteworthy details: That flowery scent has imprinted on me. Some of the best ambient marketing I've experienced, it works!”

“Great fun at the restaurant after golf, place is so dependable, Ariel mailed my credit card back in a sleeve protector after leaving it by accident. Much appreciated. Only negative is post office took 10 days to deliver first class mail.”

“Alisa was 10/10 personality goes CRAZY! If you needed a reason to come check this place out besides it being so chill, Alisa was definitely apart of our experience!! Overall the drinks were great and the food was so good, we spent most of our time in the ice bar because of how welcoming she was. Fire lounge was alright, just like a normal bar!”

“It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. Only issue would be the mattresses. They are not very comfortable. Service only got 3 stars due to there lack of friendliness. Asked for a few clean towels from them when they were cleaning the room next to ours and it was like I was asking for our room to be completely cleaned. Language barrier as well.Location is closer to all amenities.”

“I am a platinum elite HI Reward member from Canada and travel extensively on business with Holiday Inn. As such, I've stayed at a vast number HI properties over the years. My family had the wonderful pleasure (perhaps even privelege?) of staying at Holiday Inn Oralndo SW - Celebration Area last month (February 2024). The front-desk employees are outstanding and by far the most friendly, helpful and caring service staff I have ever experienced. They truly go way out of their way (impresively more so than any other front-desk service I've received including numerous 5-star facilities) to take exceptionally good care of their guests. This is particularly true of Ms. Victoria L. who demonstrated genuine compassion and exemplary service regarding an important (specialized personal neck pillow) I inadvertanly forgot in our hotel room.Despite numerous technical difficulties and unforseen international-shipping complications with courier & postal services, she personally went to exceptional length and effort to ensure the irreplacable item was successfully returned to us. Victoria understood and empathized with our unfortunate predicament and personally arranged USPS delivery on her end. Clearly not required of her, well above and beyond normal front-desk service of most other hotels. Victoria did it anyway, just to personally ensure we were taken good care of from beginning to end. Now that's impressive.Thank you Holiday Inn Orlando SW (Celebration Area) and a very special thank you to Victora L. for her absolutely exceptional compassion, care and personalized service beyond any normal expectation. She sets the gold standard for hotel service and professionalism. “Bowling is great especially if you are hitting the pins down, I came in 2nd and last after 2 full rounds ; but when I go back I am going to win !!! I already made plans for it. This place is great for your family and friends and you, try it even if you never played it before it's fun fun fun, I got beaten by a beginner lol!!! "Beginner luck" and it was 4 of us playing. Wow!! it sounds bad lol!!! not to worry it's all about the fun and excitement. Take the family out a go knock down some bowling pins. Food is good too.”

“I love this club because it has a great setup for live music performers. It is easy to watch music performers at stage because of the elevated stage and special light effects. The bar is also another attraction, long enough to take care of a great number of customers, and also, the bar light effects make me feel that I am in another world. Furthermore, the sound reinforcement is fantastic, I could feel it all the way down to my bones, yessssssss. Definitely, this club is one of my favorite venues in the Orlando area. “We had dinner last night for Mother’s Day to start off our vacation. The food was phenomenal and I am so happy that we were able to go. Thank you Christopher for your excellent service and your suggestions. We loved everything that we had. This is a bucket list item for me so I wanted to make sure we tried a lot. My husband and I had the Peking duck with the bao buns, the short ribs, and the eel sushi roll. Our children tried the egg fried rice with chicken and the hot dog and those were also amazing! So happy we were able to do this. Only regret is we devoured everything before taking pictures ??”

“Place is nice.Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Just make sure you bring your own water. You pay $6-7 for bottled water. That was my only beef LOL water should be complimentary, but if they must charge $2-3 tops geeze!Nearby activities: The pool inside is nice with a cool slide. Lots of restaurants inside. Close to all the attractions like Universal.Food & drinks: Venetian Chophouse was amazing. Gustavo was an on point, professional, and personable server. The sports bar downstairs is a great place to watch the UFC fights! Rum bar upstairs was cool too. I think Cole served us and was very friendly.”

“Tried a new place for bowling. This location is kind of hidden towards the back so if you don't pay attention you might miss the entrance. We liked the vibes of this bowling place and we played a total of 3 games since we did their special of buying 2 games and getting one for $5. We spent about 2 hrs playing and had so much fun. We didn't eat buy will have to try their food when we come back. Bring a sweater though it's cold in there!”
