“Got a flat tire at nine in the morning, Colby had us on the road by noon with a special order tire that he had to bring in. It was a great experience, and we truly appreciate his efforts to get us home safely! Thank you, Colby and the team!”
“Picked up at Orlando International. Customer service given by Chelicia was great after a minor issue that was our own fault and not Sixt.
Vehicle was easy to collect, across the road via a tunnel and up to P1. Keys are in the car allocated but a huge security barrier prevents you driving off before scanning your reservation with an attendant.
Vehicle was dropped off at International drive. There wasnt enough parking stops dedicated to SIXT due to work on the site but we parked close by and dropped the keys in the out of hours box with a note.
Cant fault the cars at all.

They do try to up sell you a toll pass which can be good value if you need it but by using Google maps and clicking avoid tolls... you can save a little if you dont mine a very minor increase in travel times.
Would happily book again.

“Had a great experience with our car rental that we received from Tracey at Doubletree Disney Springs. They didn't have a car in the category we booked but when we returned a couple of hours later, Tracey had an excellent, nearly new car for our mini trip while on vacation. We didn't return it to that branch of Budget, we returned it to Holiday Inn near Universal. Unfortunately the agent at that branch was not as friendly. If getting a car again in Orlando we will be collecting it and returning it from the Doubletree hotel at Disney Springs.”

“So convenient to have this National rental option within Disney! They also offer free shuttle service within Disney for the pick-up of your car or to drop you off when your rental service is completed. Very friendly staff. Only constructive comment is to respond to the phone a little more often (especially when wanting to request a shuttle); i understand it’s difficult with low staff though but it does help for proper planning!”
“The cost per day for the vehicle was great!!! The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because I was told that I didn’t have to pay for it up front but when I returned the vehicle. So I had to move money around to pay up front. Not a good start for a vacation!!”
“This place is listed as a dollar rental through Google and if you call Dollar they will tell you to go to this location, however the sign says Hertz rental this is the location where I had to exchange my dollar car halfway through the our trip. Customer service here was fantastic!”

Pick up and drop off were no issues at all and in a convenient location, just head into hotel lobby and on your left hand side. “I had read all the reviews and was concerned. I saw a few on toll issues. So I brought my own ezpass to cover the toll. They told me they charge 10.00 a toll so if you want to avoid tolls look at getting a transponder of your own or pay the high fees for use of rental car toll payment system. I had no issue getting my car. I made the reservation a month in advance if my trip. I made sure i had insurance coverage through my credit card and my personal policy and I brought proof. The location had moved it is at the old gas station and it as hertz on the sign. Hertz owns dollar and thrifty and they are all in the same place.”

“We were running 5 minutes late as we went to the wrong car hire place to return the car. We called to explain and the guy who answered said there’s nothing we can do, we close at 5pm and we cannot stay open any later, we were very stressed but decided to ignore what he said and go there anyway. They were closing up but a lovely lady said we could return the car despite being just past their closing time, so because of this lovely lady actions, I’m leaving a good review rather than a negative. Thank you we appreciated it.”
“Easy, no issue rental experience. Checked in by a friendly agent within minutes of arriving and expected vehicle was available. Best of all no "sneaky" hidden fees or upgrades as we have experienced with other car rental agencies in the past. Vehicle drop off was just as smooth.”
