“Went in today to have my cell phone screen repaired only to find out my protective cover was cracked and the glass was fine. Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. They also sell electric bikes, these small independent stores are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!!”
“I spoke with Tyler at the Clearwater, Florida Verizon Store at Countryside Mall last month regarding a bill that was increasing over the past several months. Tyler spent some time going over my account looking for the reasons for the increases and ways to affect a positive change.
Today, I went back to the Mall to thank Tyler for making the changes as my bill this month is significantly lower. Upon opening my account he noted another temporary small deduction that further reduces my bill.
I suggest Verizon customers in West Central Florida stop by and say Hi! to Tyler or any of the highly knowledgeable associates at Countryside for all your Verizon phones, tablets and associated tech or other needs.”

“I was delighted with the service and friendliness of George and Chris. I went in with a battery problem on an old iPhone 7. While I passed the time learning about their native country, Syria, Chris found a used battery (with 82% life on it) and installed it. This only took 20 minutes.They quoted me $60. When I put the money on the counter, he said it would only be $20 because the battery was used. I tried to tip them each $20 but they wouldn't accept the money. I believe this is as friendly and honest a shop as you'll find. I highly recommend them.”
