Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. They also sell electric bikes, these small independent stores are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!!”

“I would first like to thank the entire staff at this Verizon store, and share that this is the best Verizon store I have ever visited! Secondly, I wanted to say how amazing Etsube was at helping assist my mother and myself in updating our phones, tablet, and smartwatch. She was able to clearly explain why we should transfer a line to Verizon and helped my mother understand the benefits over other providers. She also made sure everything was done properly and correctly, which made the whole process much easier.
I have been with Verizon for around 16 years and could not be happier, and my mother just returned. This experience really reinforced why we chose Verizon again.
I would recommend everyone to this store and would highly recommend asking for Etsube. Not only is she friendly, but she also helps break down a stressful process into a simple and great experience.

“I switch from Verizon to AT&T last month. They are sending me a reimbursement to pay off my device. Hector, the sales manager, helped me and he was great! Hector handled everything easily for my switchover.
He gave me his cell phone number when I sent my final bill for the payoff so I messaged him to check on my reimbursement this month and went back for a new charging block, which he graciously to help me with. Everyone in the store is very professional and helpful. I am so glad I switched from Verizon. I couldn't be happier with this coorporate store and my service with AT&T. Thank you!”

“I have been with Metro PCS since 2008, I got a new phone and we tried to switch it over to Metro without going into the store but we set it up without the Sim card and there was no way to get back in the old phone or the new phone so i was locked out of both. i went to Dunedin Metro store first Joe said it's a no go, failed to help me, went to the store on Missouri rd. and he was worried about the friends he had pulling up outside so he said he couldn't help me. I I finally got to the 1750 Drew St. location and i was exhausted and ready to leave Metro after almost 20 years; fortunately there was the manager at this Drew st. location Mr. Hernan and he was able to save my phones and keep me with Metro! Hernan was super cool and has been with Metro for many years, he and was able to utilize his connections with the company to contact someone on a Saturday and i do believe higher powers were at work as well, on the behalf of Mr. Hernan and myself and we were able to get the phone back. The entire staff at this location are all super nice as well; Carlos was there the day Hernan was able to help me, but honestly everyone i met at this location was very nice and kind. This is an amazing store and i will never forget the kindness of Hernan and his staff they set the bar for elite customer service and helping others, they are truly a blessing from above. highly recommend this store after all the other stores told me i was done, Hernan and his cohorts breathed life back into me and my phone!
