“I want to point out what excellent customer service is. Today I visited the Winter Garden storage facility that houses my goods. I spoke with rep Michael Olmeda, and explained the need to relocate to a smaller unit due to unforeseen expenses. Michael worked with me to find a solution and was able to keep me as a customer while demonstrating incredible empathy and professionalism. Thank you Michael, you deserve all the stars.”

“Public Storage at 12446 W. Colonial Drive is amazing. Miss Linda and Mr Daniel fantastic managers that run a clean, efficient, safe, operation. They are helpful and thoughtful. Our move from Marshall Islands to the military base in the Caribbean was totally handled long distance. It was flawless thanks to Miss Linda and Mr Daniel! Our Lucich family thanks both of you for a successful move in and the successful pack out! 🏝👍💕”

“Fantastic Storage Site for Boats. Was easy to get a spot and I find great value in the fact that they bring your boat out to a central pick up lot and when you bring it back, they place it back in its spot for you. Security is solid! They also have spots for campers. I like that they have Air and Ice Machines to fill coolers.”

“I don't have space at my house for my boat trailer and was paying A LOT more to store it at another nearby storage facility. I'm so happy I drove by and found this lot!”

9000 West Colonial Drive STE 401, Ocoee FL 34761
“Walked in and got an interview right away. I was offered a job and started within a week. Love the company and everything about it. Unfortunately I have a back injury I sustained years ago and that prevented me from fulfilling the job requirements. HR offered me a desk job but I declined. A decision I regret making and I wish I could go back and ask for it. Ritchie, Wayne, Nick and Ryan all working there are the absolute best. I felt like family from Day 1.”
